Psychological resilience refers to the ability of an individual to recover from setbacks and learn from failures.Psychological resilience people can not only recover from adversity,but also become strong when they are out of adversity.Middle school students as one of the main groups of campus football,football training will have a greater impact on the physical and mental health of middle school students.In order to explore the impact of campus football training on the psychological resilience of middle school students,this paper uses the ?Youth Psychological Resilience Scale?to conduct a questionnaire survey among students from two high schools and one junior middle school in Dalian.Among them,110 students participated in campus football training and 128 students did not participate in any sports training.Independent sample t-test was used to test the psychological resilience scores of the students who participated in training and did not participate in training,of the same gender and of different grades,and one-way ANOVA was conducted for the students with different training years.The results are as follows:1.The total scores of psychological resilience of male and female middle school students in dalian are 84.93 and 86.57 respectively,and there is no significant difference between them(p>0.05).2.The score of psychological resilience of the middle school students who participated in the training was 87.46,and that of the middle school students who did not participate in the training was 84.10.There was a significant difference between them(p < 0.05).3.The total scores of psychological resilience of junior high school students and senior high school students in dalian were 84.25 and 86.55 respectively,and there was no significant difference between them(p>0.05).The total scores of "participating in the training" for junior and senior high school students were 85.23 and 89.09,respectively,and there was a significant difference between them(p<0.05).The total scores of mental resilience of junior and senior high school students who did not participate in training were 83.32 and 84.63 respectively,and there was no significant difference between them(p>0.05).4.Psychological resilience scores of "training for one year","training for two years" and "training for three years or more" groups were 77.62,88.96 and 89.77 respectively.There was no significant difference between the two-year training group and the three-year and more training group(p > 0.05).The one-year training group was smaller than the two-year training group and the three-year and more training group,with significant difference(p < 0.05).Research conclusions:1.There is no significant difference in psychological resilience between male and female students in Dalian.2.Campus football training has a good effect on improving the psychological resilience of middle school students.It can promote the development of middle school students' mental toughness and adolescent mental toughness4.The longer the time of participating in campus football training,the more positive the psychological resilience of middle school students is.
