In the recent decades,China's sports industry has been developed rapidly and won gold and silver medals in the Olympic Games and major sport events.Despite in the continuous development of China's sports cause,many individual sports have achieved definite breakthroughs,but our Chinese football has failed to achieve world-class standards.In order to promote the progress of our country's football,General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed in the 18 th National Congress of the People's Republic of China to strengthen the dream of building a strong country through sports,“youth is strong,the country is strong” as an important principle for building a football power.The "General Plan for the Reform and Development of Chinese Football" promulgated in March 2015 has had a huge impact on the development of Chinese football.In this document,it is clearly stated that in the meantime,the development of social economy should also depend on the development of football.The development of football can not succeed suddenly.It needs to be carried out gradually,and then developed continuously.First of all,we must complete the near-term and mid-term tasks.We must reform our social conditions in connection with the management of football and propose innovative management schemes.We should encourage young people to participate in football programs and the proportion of young people should be increased significantly.The organizational ability of the football league;improve the professional level of male football,among the ranks of the top teams in Asia;and the female team to regain its former strengths,and strive hard to achieve world-class standards.We must promote the social groups to fall in love with football,participate in football and establish a positive football trend.After the level of Chinese football has reached the world level to enter the world's strongest teams,we must actively bid for the FIFA World Cup.Afterwards,the Ministry of Education also issued the "Opinions on the Implementation of the Six Sectors of the Ministry of Education on Accelerating the Development of Juvenile Football on the Campus," and the "Opinions" proposed that the campus sports education should focus on the football sport.It is necessary to build the campus football system with Chinese characteristics before 2020.The system follows the laws of the growth of young people and enables more young people to participate in the program.This has created a significant increase of the level of youth sports and a lively management system,which guarantees the basic conditions of the movement and creates a positive and progressive cultural atmosphere.At this point,China officially opened the curtain for comprehensively promoting the reform and development of football.The "National Youth Campus Football Teaching and Training Competition System Construction Plan" introduced in the near future incorporates the laws of China's education development,football skills,and the development of youth talents in China.At the same time,China's youth football training system has been continuously improved to expand the match with domestic professional competitions.Channels form a converged development system.In addition,the implementation of various football policies has also accelerated the popularity and promotion of football on campus,and further improved the training system for reserve football talents in China.This article focuses on the cultivation of young football reserve talents under the perspective of campus football,and builds on the state of football activities in Henan Province at the present stage.It focuses on finding out what is currently in the process of training young football talents in China.We try to take measures,methods to solve existing problems.Focusing on the above research priorities,Henan Province,one of the earliest provinces in the province where the Department of Education established campus football activities through the research and a huge data,we try to solve the existing problems in the cultivation of China's young football talents.The analysis is based on the survey,literature review method,and mathematical statistics method.It also supplements the interview method to more accurately and detailedly grasp the problems existing in the process of cultivating young football reserve talents and at the present stage.Through research and investigation on the progress of campus football in Henan in the past three years,we provide the possible countermeasures and measures,this article concludes that the following issues need to be resolved:1.The average age of China's men's national football team ages,the national youth team,and the national youth team's performance have declined year after year.2.The promotion of campus football activities and the construction of youth training systems have been developing simultaneously and the convergence has not been sufficient.3.The popularity of campus football is not commensurate with the development of youth football.The huge football population in the country is severely out of proportion with young athletes registered with the Chinese Football Association.4.The function of the management department for campus football and football reserve talent training is not clear,and the division of work between the education department,sports department and football association is not clear.It is necessary to jointly establish the implementation mechanism of the two departments and work together to achieve the purpose of improvement.This article studies the training of young football reserve talents in Henan Province and the promotion of campus football activities.Take Henan Province as an example to point out an overview.1.Get through the barriers of campus football competitions and U series youth competitions,and establish a joint system for campus football and youth football competitions.2.At present,the level of football teachers in campus football schools is uneven,and the level of professional football coaching is not high.The training for primary football instructors is the focus of the current campus football work.3.There must be a diversified ascending channel from campus football to professional competition,and a “seamless connection” mechanism from the football stadium to the university campus,which will unblock the rising channel of excellent football players.4.Distribute the joint mechanism to compensate for the relevant instructions to protect the development of the club's youth training,and to provide basic training instructors and training institutions with the training compensation they deserve.These compensations will promote the development of youth football activities.5.Campus football should return to the essence of education,realize the "combination of sports and education",expand the denominator to grasp popularization,strengthen the new concept of "numerous" competition,smooth the passage of young football reserve talents,and establish a perfect football.The talent cultivation system is a powerful measure to revitalize Chinese football and realize the “dream of a strong nation” in Chinese football.
