With the publication of Several Opinions on Deepening the Reform and Normative Development of Preschool Education,the development of preschool education is more standardized and detailed,which fully illustrates the importance of preschool education.From the perspective of pre-school professional students' teacher professional identity,this study explores the status quo and influencing factors of pre-school professional students' teacher professional identity,and puts forward suggestions for the better development of pre-school basic education services.Based on the existing literature and theory,this study compiled a questionnaire on teachers' professional identity and its influencing factors of preschool education majors.739 students were investigated and the status quo of teachers' professional identity and the factors affecting teachers' professional identity were analyzed.The results are as follows:1.Pre-school education majors have a higher overall recognition of teachers' professional identity.The order of teachers' professional identity from high to low is career expectation,career cognition,career emotion,career behavior and career will.2.There are differences in various dimensions of pre-school education students' professional identity.In the dimension of caree will,students have the highest recognition of will expectation and the lowest recognition of will persistence.In the dimension of career expectation,the recognition of learning experience expectation is the highest,and the recognition of job goal expectation is the lowest.In the dimension of caree cognition,the recognition of teachers' role cognition is the highest,and the recognition of ideal life cognition is the lowest.In the dimension of caree behavior,the recognition of strengthening knowledge behavior is the highest,and the recognition of skill training behavior is the lowest.In the dimension of caree emotion,the highest degree of recognition is to like children's emotions,and the lowest degree is to social honor emotions.3.There are significant differences in demographic variables in preschool education students' teacher professional identity: female teachers' professional identity is higher than male students;grade teachers' professional identity from high to low is sophomore,freshman,junior,senior,Grade 1,Grade 3,Grade 2;student-origin,science students' professional identity is higher than liberal arts students,and art students' professional identity is higher.The lowest degree;the rank of teachers' professional identity from high to low is preschool normal school,self-taught undergraduate course,five-year college upgrade,preschool secondary vocational school,preschool high school,professional degree postgraduate and academic degree postgraduate;the rank of teachers' professional identity from high to low is first volunteer,second volunteer,third volunteer or adjusting agent;the rank of teachers' professional identity in personality is from high to low.The order is extroversion,internal and external balance,and introversion.4.Influencing factors of teachers' professional identity of preschool education students: learning support factors have the primary impact on students' professional identity of teachers,belief ideal is the second factor affecting students' professional identity of teachers;treatment status is the third factor affecting students' professional identity of teachers.5.In the questionnaire "Professional Identity and Influencing Factors of Teachers of Students Majoring in Pre-school Education",the number 1 represents a strong disagreement,the number 2 represents disagreement,the number 3 represents uncertainty,the number 4 represents agreement,and the number 5 represents a strong agreement.
