Preschool education is the most rapid and important stage of children's development,and is also the initial stage and key period of the individual adaptation to society.It is necessary to have early childhood teachers with high-quality to run preschool education and promote the healthy growth of children.The students majoring in preschool education is the main source of preschool education teacher.Their professional identity of preschool teachers will affect their school learning and vocational preparation.Good professional identity will stimulate the students' enthusiasm for learning,make them pour their time and energy into the study and lay a good foundation for being preschool teachers with good qualities.However,the current situation of preschool teachers' professional identity is not optimistic with a high proportion of new teachers and teachers without receiving systematically specialized education;the big salary differences between the preschool teachers and the primary and secondary school teachers;and high turnover rate and liquidity of the preschool teachers in recent years;the abuse events of kindergarten children by preschool teachers,which emerge one after another and appear frequently in public view with a negative image.It makes the people realize that the current preschool education needs a large number of preschool teachers with high-quality,and their professional identity is directly related to the quality of education.The study finds that there is not much research on preschool teachers' professional identity,especially the pre-service education,that is to say,the study of preschool education professional students' professional identity is relatively weak,so it is necessary to study it systematically and deeply.This study,which takes the students of preschool education in C College as a sample,tries to investigate their professional identity status,analyzes the existing problems and reasons,analyze the influencing factors of professional identity of preschool education students and put forward some suggestions to enhance their professional identity.The major findings of this study include: the overall situation of the students' professional identity of preschool education is optimistic,but the professional will not strong enough;there exists the difference of the system,grade and gender in the professional identity;there also exists the difference of nationality,targeted-area students and family locus;there is a positive correlation between each dimension.Then it analyzs and discusses the reasons which exists the difference in gender,grade,school system and origin of students and so on.gender,This study suggests that the influencing factors of professional identity of preschool education students includes: the national policy and the social factors,such as the free normal education policy,the social status,the salary,public or private kindergarten teachers etc.;and the school factors,such as personnel training mode,curriculum and values education etc..This study put forward suggestions as follows: to enhance the social status of preschool teachers;strengthen the education of the students' professional identity,promoting the improvement of students' professional affection.
