Multiplication and Division of Integral Expression is the basic of the equation?inequation and function.The unit instructional design of mathematics,which is based on the overall idea and looks at cultivating the students' Mathematical core literacy,aims to improve the teaching design.Integral expression,which is based on the operations of rational number and the addition of integral expression,focuses on complex calculation of algebraic expression.Besides,it aims to cultivate students' sense of number?consciousness of symbol?intuition of geometry and capability of operation,which exist throughout the mathematics learning.Briefly,it is the basic tool to learn math well.Therefore,the author consulted relevant literature and data which we could know the current research of the unit teaching design,and analyzed mathematics?curriculum?learning?teaching materials?difficult point and the way of teaching,finally,established the teaching goal which is to cultivate the students' mathematical literacy.The author would take " The sum of two Numbers times the difference between them " and " Factoring method—formula method " as examples.Based on the above,this paper will provides some specific suggestions for teachers about the teaching of integral expression's multiplication and division :(1)summarize the method of factorization;(2)pay attention to the cultivation of mathematics core literacy;(3)attach importance to the process of knowledge construction;(4)grasp the position and function of multiplication and division in junior high school;(5)pay attention to the personality education of students.
