With the promotion of the reform of basic education in China,the curriculum plan of ordinary senior high school revised and published in 2020 has highly condensed the core literacy of mathematics.It is required to take the big ideas as the core and promote the implementation of the core literacy of students' disciplines.At present,domestic scholars have successively carried out research to find a good path for curriculum design around the big ideas.Among them,Li Gang and Lijie Lv have constructed a seven-step framework for unit teaching design(SFCBI),which is based on the big ideas and aims to develop students' core literacy in the discipline,providing a solid theoretical foundation for guiding the development of unit curriculum for front-line teaching.According to the above analysis,this thesis,based on the perspective of the big ideas,takes' function' as the theme,carries out the research on the teaching design of senior high school mathematics unit,aims to provide some reference for the teaching practice of this subject.This thesis adopts a research literature approach to sort out the origins,connotations and characteristics of the big ideas and unit teaching design as well as the current status of research,and to explore the direction of classroom transformation in the context of the new curriculum reform.It explores possible pathways for the implementation of core literacy in mathematics from the perspective of the big ideas,and provides a theoretical basis for research on unit teaching design under the umbrella of the big ideas.Secondly,based on the theoretical research and combined with the research purpose and significance of this thesis,we refer to the operation steps in the seven-step framework of unit teaching design(SFCBI),and integrate part of the content under the theme of high school functions to carry out more in-depth curriculum development and practice,to form a specific unit teaching design scheme.Finally,the author uses the experimental research method to scientifically test the implementation effect of the teaching design,and further discusses the rationality and feasibility of the unit curriculum design scheme according to the results of the statistics and data analysis of the experimental class and the control class.Based on the above theoretical and practical research,this thesis draws the following conclusions:(1)Abstract the big ideas and integrate it into the development of unit curriculum design can better play the dominant role of the big ideas and effectively promote the development of students' mathematics core literacy.(2)This study presents the teaching design cases of 'Exponential function,Logarithm function and Power function' based on SFCBI,which can provide useful references for the development of teaching cases under other unit themes.(3)The experiment proves that the overall effect of unit teaching design from the perspective of the big ideas is more significant than that of traditional teaching design based on class hours,which is worthy of more exploration and promotion by educators and the continuous development and improvement of the subject.Based on the above conclusions,it is suggested that educators carry out more in-depth research on the topic of unit curriculum design centering on the big ideas,to provide more paths for the development and advancement of students' core literacy.
