In recent years,China's per capita income has been continuously improved,which has also brought about tremendous development potential in the lottery sales market.The sales status of the sports lottery determines the status of the sports lottery public welfare fund,which in turn determines its role in sports.Sports lottery outlets are the main channel for sports lottery sales.The site selection effect is directly related to the sales volume of sports lottery.However,the decision-making of site selection for outlets in various regions is still qualitative and lacks the basis of scientific systems,which has led to many problems in the rapid development of sports lottery outlets.Therefore,the Shanghai sports lottery sales outlets are the research objects,conducting on-the-spot investigations on sports lottery sales outlets in Yangpu District and other districts,and interviewing relevant personnel of sports lottery management in various districts and relevant experts and scholars in the city center.Our research based on the theory and method of relevant location selection at home and abroad,combined with the actual situation of the sports lottery competition market,this paper discusses the influencing factors of the existing layout of sports lottery outlets,and discusses the influencing factors of the competitive location of sports lottery outlets,and establishes a reference for sports lottery outlets.The location selection decision model is verified by an example.Provide a scientific method for the decision-making of Shanghai sports lottery sales outlets to promote the development of the sports lottery market.First of all,there are almost no domestic methods for scientific selection of sports lottery outlets.Most of the research in the field of sports lottery is related to business management.Therefore,this paper discusses the research on the site selection of outlets by domestic and foreign scholars.It is believed that Rayleigh's law and saturation theory are more suitable for the location selection of sports lottery outlets.Based on this,a competitive location model for sports lottery outlets is established.The competitive location model of the sports lottery network integrates the influence of various factors on the location selection of new outlets,including the site selection competitiveness of the outlets,the distance between the newly constructed outlets and the established outlets,the demand for new outlets,and the new outlets in the region.The maximum number and sales,the rent cost of new outlets,etc.,based on this,predict the market efficiency of new outlets,and provide a scientific basis for the selection of sports lottery.Secondly,in the process of model construction,using factor analysis method,the evaluation system and quantitative standard of new site selection competitiveness are established.The evaluation system includes population density,per capita income,business prosperity,network location,number of public transportation stations,and surrounding areas.Eight indicators,such as community maturity,number of competitors,and competitors' business types,can obtain the location competitiveness of new outlets based on quantitative criteria after obtaining relevant data,which facilitates the calculation of subsequent data.Finally,this model carries out an example verification in Yangpu District,and estimates the market benefits of the new outlets.The actual comparison is made in the follow-up survey,which proves that the model has high effectiveness and practicability.
