With the continuous development of China's economic level and the general improvement of national living standards,China has entered a new era of leisure and health popularization.Leisure and health have increasingly become the lifestyle and values pursued by the people. As an emerging industry, leisure sports industry can not only meet people's growing leisure needs, but also meet people's needs for self-physical and mental health, and become the main direction of the development of China's major sports, health and leisure undertakings in the new era.At the same time, however, there are also some industrial ecological problems in China's leisure sports industry, such as imperfect cultivation of the main body, lack of leading enterprises, incomplete support system, unreasonable industrial structure, imperfect industrial system and lack of development system and mechanism, which not only restrict the further development of leisure sports industry, but also intensify the unbalanced and inadequate contradictions between people's growing diversified,multi-level sports and leisure needs and the effective supply of leisure sports. Therefore, there are many urgent problems to be solved in the development of leisure sports industry: how to adjust the industrial structure appropriately? How to establish an effective industrial support system? How to cultivate a suitable main industry? How to achieve the sustainable development of leisure sports industry?Based on the literatures of leisure sports industry and industrial ecological system, this paper defines the concept of leisure sports industry.Based on the theory of industrial ecological system, this paper analyses the connotation and composition of leisure sports industry ecological system, divides leisure sports industry ecological system into two parts: core value system and industrial ecological system, and uses self-organizing evolutionary development theory and system dynamics analysis paradigm to study the operational mechanism of leisure sports industry ecological system from the perspectives of supply side, demand side and industrial ecological environment,so as to build a conceptual model of leisure sports industry ecological system.Subsequently, based on the concept model of leisure sports industry ecological system, combined with the development status of leisure sports industry in China, the relevant macro-statistic data of leisure sports industry from 2006 to 2017 were selected and collected, and the factors influencing the evolution and development of leisure sports industry ecological system in China were analyzed by factor analysis.Common factors are extracted respectively from the core value system of leisure sports and industrial ecological environment. The common factors of the core value system are named as the internal innovation factors of the industry, and the common factors of the industrial ecological environment are named as the institutional innovation factors. Then the extracted common factors are embedded in the Hacken model to identify the order parameters affecting the evolution and development of the leisure sports industry ecological system in China. The results show that the order parameters affecting the evolution and development of leisure sports industry ecological system in China are the institutional innovation factors, which means that in the development process of China's leisure sports industry,we should pay attention to the role of institutional innovation in promoting China's leisure sports industry.Through institutional innovation,we can promote the internal innovation of industry, cultivate the main body of industry, stimulate the self-supporting ability of industry, and realize the rapid development of leisure sports industry.
