| Sports Association is a non-profit social organization, which is composed of the citizens with the aim of sports, which is composed of voluntary management. The sports associations have three distinct characteristics, which are voluntary, independent and non-profit. In this paper, the use of literature data method, questionnaire survey method, interview method, on-the-spot investigation method and other research methods, through the investigation of Shanxi Tengfei staff sports club and the current management system and operation mechanism, specific analysis of the organization management mode, organization and the specific mechanisms, and puts forward the relevant countermeasures, in order to promote the scientific and reasonable development of Shanxi Tengfei staff sports club.The results of the study indicate that: Shanxi Tengfei staff sports club, in 1989 in the Shanxi Provincial Civil Affairs Department to complete the registration.
