In recent years,with the reform and development of finance and the popularization and generalization of emerging consumer concepts,various financial scams and bad consumption have emerged in an endless stream,including college students and education practitioners.As an emerging consumer group and the main force of the future world,college students' consumption phenomena and behavioral habits determine the social orientation of China in the future.Therefore,this paper starts from.the campus consumption of college students and tries to explore the relationship between the level of financial education--the level of financial literacy and consumption habits and le'vels.Subject to time and geography,this paper selects students from all grades of Shandong University as the basic research object,and conducts statistical analysis based on relevant literature research results in country and abroad,combined with field forensic data.Firstly,based on the regional development level and the characteristics of the student group,this paper compiled a questionnaire suitable for the students in the school group.The questionnaire was surveyed in two batches.Then the OLS multiple regression analysis,PROBIT model and OLOGIT model were performed on the data.Finally,the paper further analyzes the impact of different factors on financial literacy level and consumption level,and gives suggestions on how the college students can improve their financial literacy level in daily lifeThe relevant analysis results show that:(1)The overall level of financial literacy of college students in Shandong University is not high,the correct answer rate of financial knowledge is less than 50%,and individual differences are very large;(2)Factors such as major,residential city,living cost that parents give and personal maximum credit are positively related to the financial literacy level of college students.Among them.major factors are significantly related to financial literacy level,while personal monthly expenditure,that is,consumption expenditure level is negatively correlated with the level of financial literacy of college students themselves;(3)There is a certain correlation between the financial literacy level and the tendency of credit repayment methods of Shandong University students,and college students with higher financial literacy level have obvious tendency to choose repayment methods,while those with lower literacy level have no obvious tendency;(4)There is no significant correlation between the credit threshold of college students in Shandong University and their financial literacy level.According to the research conclusions,we can find that the current financial literacy level of college students is not very high,and the financial literacy level of college students varies greatly among different majors.In order to change this situation,we do have some work to do:(1)colleges and universities.There should be more financial and economic general education courses in colleges and universities,so students can break down professional barriers,narrow the gap in financial literacy between majors,or conduct regular financial basics lectures,especially in engineering professional campuses,and increase knowledge related to financial economy.(2)Students.Undergraduate students should actively participate in the social and economic activities within their ability,and practice under the guidance of theoretical knowledge.In the process of practice,they should improve their financial literacy level and open their eyes.Graduate groups should go out of the laboratory,not only pay attention to their professional scope,but also pay attention to social and economic trends in a timely manner,and learn life skills in real life.(3)Financial industry.Financial industry companies or practitioners must bear certain responsibilities,purify the operating environment of the industry,and improve their own risk management ability.Conditionally,contact with college students,promote the basic knowledge of the financial industry,and explain common financial scam identification.Build a good business environment and create a harmonious relationship between customers and enterprises.
