Objective: By analyzing the support swing technology of sprint acceleration running,we can have a deeper understanding of the changing process of acceleration running technology at different stages and the reasons for the differences of acceleration running technology among athletes of different levels,so as to further improve the theory of acceleration running technology and provide a scientific theoretical basis for beginners.Method: This paper mainly uses high-speed camera and image analysis method to test 20 students in track and field special class of Wuhan Institute of Physical Education.By comparing the parameters of athletes' kinematics related indicators,the following conclusions are drawn:1.In the study of overall sports indicators,the outstanding athletes in the accelerated running stage performed longer steps,slower steps,shorter support times,and longer support distances,so that the center of gravity level of the outstanding athletes was faster;With the increase of distance,the step frequency decreases gradually,and the step length,support distance and support time are gradually increasing,and the center of gravity horizontal speed is gradually increasing.2.In the study of various sports indicators of athletes at different levels: elite athletes have a relatively fast speed and range of hip extension,flexure and hip angle;The smaller ground knee angle,the ground knee angle and the average knee angle make the knee joint more tightly folded,and it is more stable and faster during the entire support process.The smaller landing angle,Heli,makes the landing buffer Heli's kick more complete.3.In the study of kinematics indicators in different stages of running,the angle of the hipjoint of the supporting leg is gradually increasing during the supporting stage,and the swing leg is the opposite.With the increase of distance,the hip angle gradually increases,and the trunk gradually lifts.The changes in the angles of the support legs and swing legs are the tendency to become smaller and larger,When the vertical buffer is reached.With the increase of running speed,the knee joints are folded tighter,the rotation radius is smaller,and the front pendulum speed is faster.The angle change trend of ankle joint is also first become smaller and then become larger.With the increase of running speed,the ankle joint gradually extends.4.In the study of the overall kinematics characteristics of each link of lower limbs,excellent athletes work in a more curled state with a lower body center of gravity in the accelerated running support stage;the support leg shows an earlier end buffer to increase the forward of the body;the swing leg shows a smaller rotating radius,which has a faster forward swing speed,and reduces the brake when landing to drive the human body forward quickly.
