Sprint accelerative running after start technique is the important technology of the100-meter dash, scholars and coaches attaches great importance to the technical teaching and training of the sprint starting and accelerative running. Sprint accelerative running after start’s task is to use the forward momentum after the starting, make themselves achieve their maximum speed as soon as possible. However, through to all levels of sprint coaches in our country for consultation, the existing teaching training is hard to ensure that athletes grasp the correct sprint starting and accelerative running technique, in the sprint start stage, trunk’s inclination angle is big, flexion of the hip, knee flexion’s condition is serious, backward leg driving is not enough, end the sprint stage too early, but the player is still at a low speed level. The main reasons are the sprint starting and accelerative run teaching and training efficiency too low, training method is not proper. So use the traditional training methods will lead to training can not grasp the full back driving skill quickly and correctly, affect the sprint starting and accelerative running ability.Purpose:in order to make the beginners learn the correct sprint accelerative running technique, improve the existing unarmed teaching training method, this study adopts hip stress resistance of sprint accelerative running special technical training, make explorative study to the sprint accelerative running technology teaching. This method highly simulate the sprint accelerating running technical characteristics, through use the hip stress track control training device and hip stress small and medium-sized load of resistance drag run device to achieve control and strengthen training, can give enough load stimulation and not damage the special technical, make the trainers to fully experience the sprint stage full knee extension and hip extension, backword driving force feeling, in the cerebral cortex of the rapid establishment of full running technology of muscle memory, and are able to keep the correct memory migration to sprint starting and accelerative run special technical training. In order to verify the hip stress resistance of special technical training method for sprint beginners grasp the correct start of sprint speed up technology in the practical application effect, we have adopted a variety of research method, carries on the thorough research and the discussion.Target:24ordinary male college students were divided randomly into control group and experimental group. The experimental group:12people, mean age19.2±2.8, mean height172.8±6cm,mean weight65.2±4.5kg; the control group:12people,mean age19.6±2, mean height173.3±6.3cm, mean weight64.9±3.2kg.Methods:use the hip stress resistance speed training method and the traditional manual training method in the experimental group and the control group students, for a period of six weeks sprint accelerative running training. And through the high speed video camera to record the two groups of students30m sprint real-time video, using the video analysis system to observe before and after the experiment of human lower extremity kinematics indexes.Results:1) After experiment, in the step2and step6of experimental group students, when the support leg will push from the ground,angle of the support leg and hip vertical is obviously higher than that of control group,(P<0.01);2) After experiment, in the step2and step6of experimental group students, when the support leg will push from the ground, the knee angle is greater than that in the control group,(P<0.01);3) After experiment, in the step2and step6of experimental group students, when the support leg will push from the ground,angle of the support leg’s shank end and the ground is significantly lower than that of control group,(P<0.01);4) After experiment, experimental group30m sprint sports results is significantly better than the control group,(P<0.01).Conclusion:1. Hip stress resistance accelerative running technique training methods use track control theory to train the sprint accelerative running after start technique, can help beginners master accelerated run special technology accurately and efficiently, it can explain that in accuracy and efficiency of teaching and training of sprint accelerative running after start technique, hip stress resistance accelerative running technique training methods has better effect than traditional unarmed practice.2. Hip stress resistance accelerative running technique training methods can make the students form the technology dynamic stereotype quickly and accurately through the load strengthen stimulation training, practice Accord with sprint technical feature’s requirement, it can explain that hip stress resistance accelerative running technique training methods compare to traditional unarmed practice are more suitable for accelerated run special technology teaching and training.3. Hip stress resistance accelerative running technique training methods effective use motor skill learning of migration theory, help students study the sprint accelerative running after start technique accurately in the skill level of the migration process,it can explain that hip stress resistance acceleration running technique training methods are better than traditional unarmed practice.4. Hip stress resistance accelerative running technique training methods can significantly enhance the sprint accelerative running after start’s results, it can explain that in improve the sprint accelerative running after start’s results, hip stress resistance accelerative running technique training methods has the obvious advantage.
