Purpose: to compare longitudinally the physical quality of sprinters and the kinematics indexes of lower extremity hip,knee and ankle in the course of sprint by8-week drag parachute running training experiment.Make clear the influence of drag parachute running training on sprint technique and special ability.Methods: using training experiment method and sports biomechanical test method,12 students of track and field special class 1 in 18 sports training college of Wuhan Institute of physical Education were selected for 8 weeks.The special strength training of drag parachute running three times a week was conducted to analyze the physical quality and related kinematics parameters of sprinters before and after the experiment.The following conclusions are drawn:1.After 8 weeks training of drag parachute running,the athletes' 60 m,100m,standing long jump and standing triple jump results have been remarkably improved.the training of drag parachute running can effectively improve the sprinters' ability of quick movement,coordinate the force capability,the speed level and the explosive force level,so that the sprinter performance of the athlete is further improved.2.Drag parachute running has a certain effect on the overall characteristics of the single-step kinematics on the way of the player.The main performance is that the single-step time and the empty time are shortened,the empty distance is increased,the step size and the step frequency are obviously increased,so that the horizontal speed of the center of gravity of the body is remarkably improved,the rapid advance of the human body is promoted,and the single-step technical structure tends to be rationalized.3.The training of drag parachute running has an obvious effect on optimizing the kinematics parameters of the lower limbs of the athletes in the supporting stage: the amplitude of the extension hip and the amplitude of the flexion hip of the supporting leg increases in the support stage,the extension speed of the supporting leg and the flexion hip speed of the swing leg increase.The whole work range of the hip joint is moved forward,and sufficient preparation is made for the swing leg actively flexing hip and landing forward.The "stiffness" of the knee joint of the supporting leg increases and the angle from the knee to the ground tends to be rationalized,while the angle of landing and the angle from the knee of the swing leg decrease,so that the knee joint of the swing leg is folded more tightly to reduce the swinging inertia.Then accelerate the forward swing speed and knee point horizontal speed of swing leg;Support leg anklejoint in support stage The decrease of the ankle angle is beneficial to the active landing of the ground,to prevent the deficiency of the posterior femoral muscle group and the decrease of the average ankle angle of the swinging leg,which makes the front swing of the swinging leg more active.4.Because the drag parachute running is unstable by the air resistance in the course of running,it is necessary to pay attention to the wind direction and keep the balance and run along the straight line.Drag parachute running training is a simple and effective training method in sprint strength training.It is easy to make students tired and unable to do their best in long repeated training.It is suggested that drag parachute running should be combined with other special training methods.
