Research On Virginia Satir Moderm Applied To The Stepbrothers And Sisters Relationship Of Reorganized Family

As the divorce rate has been increased year by year,the number of reformed families has gradually increased.The relationship in stepbrother-sister relationship is very important.If the relationship between the mentioned two sides is not handled well,it may bring conflict to the entire family.In recent years,the intervention methods on reformed family issues mainly focus on psychology,education,and other aspects of problem-oriented.The Satya family therapy model contains a variety of effective treatment techniques and tools,which is very suitable for Chinese families due to its focus on the family as a whole,people-oriented concept,but this model is less used for intervention in the family,and much fewer used for intervention in stepbrother-sister relationship.This study uses qualitative research methods from the perspective of social work,and adopt method of literature,observation,and interview methods to collect data,and uses qualitative analysis to analyze data to conduct casework.This study is involved in the reorganized family,where the relationship between the stepbrother-sister is relatively tight,the communication model is not appropriate,they do not agree with each other,and they cannot live together in harmony.This study is based on the problem of the relationship between the stepbrother-sister in the restructured family,using the Satya family treatment model to intervene in the whole family,and intervening under the guidance of the human identity process model.The intervention is divided into three stages including establishing a relationship stage,a chaos stage,and an integration stage.It is targeted to alleviate the relationship between the step brothers and sisters through three goals of the Satya family therapy model to promote family harmony.It is believed that the Satya model has certain adaptability in intervening in reorganized family problems through practice and the relevant conclusions,which can alleviate the relationship between family members and promote family harmony.On this basis,the research is reflected,suggestions are made,and the recommendations and prospects of the Satya family treatment model involved in the reorganized family are proposed.
