The Research On Socialist Core Values Leading The Construction Of College Community Culture

With the development of universities and colleges that have sprung up,the accumulated corporate culture of colleges and universities had a certain influence on the value education of college students.The Nineteenth Party Congress made it clear that:"The pursuit of value is transformed into people's conscious value recognition and behavioral habits,and they need to use the carrier." Therefore,it is very important to combine the construction of the college community culture with the cultivation of socialist core values.However,the comprehensive academic research in this area is not deep enough.Therefore,it is of great realistic and theoretical significance to choose the socialist core values to lead the research on the construction of college community culture.College community culture characterized by the integration of flexibility and standardization,functionality and guidance,integration of the times and innovation,and it also plays a unique educational function.This requires us to trace the theoretical basis of both from theories of human overall development,social ideology,and cultural values.Therefore,to achieve a win-win situation between the cultivation of socialist core values and the cultural construction of colleges and universities,we must grasp that the building of community culture is a powerful carrier for the cultivation of socialist core values;At the same time,attention is paid to the core values of society as a value guide for the construction of community culture.Based on the grasp of connotation and practical significance,the author conducted a questionnaire survey on colleges and universities in Hu Nan Province through a survey questionnaire.From the aspects of positive performance and negative performance,we can understand the influence of the current community culture construction on the cultivation of college students' socialist core values,and analyze the reasons for the deviation of community culture construction from its own.It proposes four specific paths from strengthening theoretical study,deepening the reform of community organizations,improving the quality of community activities,and innovating the development path of societies.
