The growth rate of knowledge is rapid,which means that the teaching content of any subject cannot contain all the knowledge.How to make students master the core knowledge of the subject in limited time is particularly important.The 2017 edition of biology curriculum standard also proposes that one of the basic concepts of biology curriculum is to focus on large concepts.The core concept of a subject is located under the major concept of a subject and is the core component of the major concept.Therefore,organizing teaching around the core concept of biology in biology teaching is beneficial for students to form the major concept of a subject.The main feature of advanced learning is to construct students' cognitive system around core concepts.Through advanced learning research,teachers can be helped to better teach core concepts.Taking the theme of "molecular basis of heredity" as an example,this paper studies the core concepts and advanced learning in this theme,and designs specific teaching cases based on advanced learning.takes the theme of " molecular basis of heredity" as an example to conduct research on core concepts and advanced learning,and designs specific teaching cases based on advanced learning.There are seven chapters in this thesis.This paper consists of seven chapters.The first chapter is the introduction part,which explains the reason of the topic selection,the current research situation and the research purpose,significance and methods.The second chapter is the theoretical basis and concept definition.It defines the core concept and learning progression respectively,It also expounds the enlightenment of six-level learning theory,learning transfer theory and cognitive genesis theory on core concepts and learning advancement.The third chapter is mainly to determine the determination principle of core concepts.According to the determination principle,the core concepts in the theme of "molecular basis of heredity" are determined by analyzing and comparing relevant data.The fourth chapter is to construct the advanced learning,through creating the advanced learning hypothesis,selecting appropriatemeasurement tools,designing measurement tools,selecting objects for measurement,analyzing measurement results,and modifying the advanced learning,the advanced learning of "molecular basis of heredity " is finally constructed.The fifth chapter is the applied research of advanced learning.Based on the advanced learning research,the author designs specific teaching cases around the core concepts according to the advanced learning teaching design mode.The sixth chapter is the research conclusion and suggestion.The author summarizes the research conclusion from three aspects: the determination of the core concept,the construction of learning progression and the application of learning progression and puts forward relevant suggestions.The seventh chapter is a summary and reflection.The author summarizes the conclusions of the study and points out the research deficiencies and prospects.This study looks for the core concepts in the theme of "the molecular basis of heredity" and constructs corresponding learning progression.Based on the study of learning progression,specific teaching case development is carried out around the core concepts,hoping to provide reference opinions for frontline teachers so that teachers can better teach and students can better learn.
