Purpose: By collecting and analyzing the statistics of the change of the hamstring muscles activity,this thesis is to determine whether hyperthermia can improve the flexibility of the hamstring muscles or not.Which type of hyperthermia can improve the flexibility of the hamstring muscles better.In addition,it is necessary to observe the relationship between body flexibility and temperature,and the relationship between body flexibility and muscle thickness.Therefore,it provides a theoretical basis for reducing the probability of muscle injury for the athletes,and also provides a reference for the athletes to choose the method of flexibility training.Methods: The literature review method,experimental method,mathematical statistics method and comparative analysis method are the main research methods used in this paper.The comparative experimental study of prone hyperthermia and standing hyperthermia is carried out in this paper.The 36-34-year-old subjects with no waist and leg pain,no damage to bones,muscles and nerves of the legs,and a active straight leg elevation test of less than 80 were included in the study.They were randomly divided a prone hyperthermia group,a standing hyperthermia group,and a blank group,each group consisting of 12 people.By comparing the experimental factors of the three groups of subjects,the activity of the hamstring muscles,the temperature of the hamstring muscles,and the muscle thickness of the hamstring muscles were collected.The purpose of this thesis is to determine whether hyperthermia can improve the flexibility of the hamstring muscles by collecting and analyzing the statistics of the change of the hamstring muscles activity,the hamstring muscles temperature,and the hamstring muscles thickness.Which type of hyperthermia can improve the flexibility of the hamstring muscles and more effectively reduce the probability of injury to the hamstring muscles.In addition,it is necessary to observe the relationship between body flexibility and temperature,and the relationship between body flexibility and muscle thickness.Conclusions:1.Prone hyperthermia can improve the flexibility of the hamstring muscles,and the effectiveness can be maintained for at least 1 hour.2.Standing hyperthermia can improve the flexibility of the hamstring muscles,and the effectiveness can be maintained for at least 1 hour.3.Contrast effect of hyperthermia within 1 hour,the effect of prone hyperthermia is more obvious than that of standing hyperthermia.4.The improvement of flexibility of the hamstring muscles is related to changes in the temperature of the hamstring muscles and the thickness of the hamstring muscles.All in all,through the research of this thesis,Deep Thermometer INDIBA can help improve the flexibility of the hamstring muscles in the warm and comfortable way,no muscle pull pain,especially for the inconvenience before the competition.It is also necessary to improve the flexibility of the hamstring muscles by warming the muscles in a short period of time for the players.In addition,this study also found that the Deep Thermometer INDIBA for the hamstring muscles in the prone position,compared with the standing position,will improve the activity of the hamstring muscles faster and better,and increase the range of motion of the lower limbs.That is to say,if conditions permit,the flexibility of the hamstring muscles can be improved by selecting the prone hyperthermia as much as possible.Suggestions: In addition to traditional stretching methods,such as static stretching and dynamic stretching,a comfortable and effective thermotherapy can also be used to improve the flexibility of the hamstring muscles.It is found in this paper that INDIBA has obvious effect on improving the flexibility of the hamstring muscles.Especially the hyperthermia in prone position can significantly improve the flexibility of the hamstring muscles.So for the people with sports injury in the waist and leg,it is inconvenient to improve the flexibility of the posterior femoral muscle group by means of stretching,especially for the athletes who are about to enter the competition,the improvement of the flexibility of the hamstring muscles has the real-time and urgent requirements.At this time,According to the patient needs,the deep thermostat INDIBA hyperthermia therapy can be chose.
