Objective:Hamstring physiological characteristics lead to its become one of the most easy to damage the muscles in the sports,centrifugal training is an important way to prevent the hamstring injury.Through the study of the great strength of subjects hamstring after eccentric exercise,use deep muscle stimulator,fascia gun,static stretching and restore intervention four different methods for 24 h intervals of three times to relax,contrast subjects muscle tension,muscle hardness,flexibility,initiative and experiment of motion,the maximum isometric contraction force,thighs,dimension and VAS scores at different points in the recovery of hamstring,for different relaxation techniques used in the recovery after hamstring centrifugal training effect to provide the reference,and provide theory basis for the mechanism of action of fascia gun.Methods: Forty male college students majoring in basketball from Physical Education College of Hebei Normal University were selected and randomly divided into four groups:DMS group,fascia gun group,static stretching group and control group,with 10 students in each group.Relevant values of the dominant leg of subjects were collected.First,the basic values were tested,and then the hamstring muscle centrifugal training intervention was performed.Intervention methods: 10 groups of 8 times in each group were used to train in the form of counterweight Nordic hamstring movements.And 5 sets of 15 reps each,with a load of 40% of the maximum equivalent contraction force of sitting posture flexion training modeling method.Relevant indicators were tested immediately after modeling,and were identified as immediate training intervention data.DMS group of subjects with deep muscle stimulator after 8 minutes was carried out on the dominant side leg hamstring muscles relax,fascia group USES the fascia gun gun was carried out on the dominant side leg hamstring muscles relax,8 minutes static stretching back group USES the tylenol health ME10 stretching trainers to 8 min static stretching advantage side leg,control group lie yoga mat 8min quiet rest.Each group was tested immediately after the end of relaxation intervention.After sitting for 10 min in each group,relevant indexes were tested.Each group received a second specific post-relaxation test immediately after 24 h interval.After 48 h,each group was tested immediately after the third specific relaxation.SPSS25.0 software was used for statistical analysis of the measured data,and double-factor repeated measurement ANOVA method was adopted.Results:1.Indicators of muscle state: muscle tension: at the time point immediately after relaxation,the growth rates of semitendinosus and biceps femoris long head were statistically different between each group(P<0.05);At 10 min after relaxation,the DMS of semitendinosus was significantly different from that of static stretching group(P<0.01).24 h immediate relaxation time,the growth rate of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was a significant difference in the growth rate of semitendinosus among all groups at the 48 h immediate relaxation point(P<0.05).Muscle hardness: At the time point immediately after relaxation,the growth rate of semitendinosus and biceps femoris long head was statistically different between each group(P<0.05).At the time point after 10 min relaxation,the changes of the long head of the biceps femoris were statistically significant among all groups(P<0.05).At the instant point of 24 h relaxation,the changes of the long head of the biceps femoris were statistically significant among all groups(P<0.05).At the 48 h immediate relaxation point,the growth rate of DMS of semitendinosus muscle was significantly different from that of the control group(P<0.01),and the growth rate of long head of biceps femoris muscle was significantly different between each group(P<0.05).Muscle elasticity: At the moment of relaxation,the DMS of semitendinosus was significantly different from that of the control group(P<0.01).At the instant point of 24 h relaxation,the growth rate of semitendinosus fascia gun,static stretching and control group was statistically different(P<0.01),and the growth rate of biceps femoris long head was statistically different among all groups at the instant relaxation(P<0.05).After 48 hours of immediate relaxation,the growth rate of semitendinosus fascia gun was significantly different between control group and semitendinosus fascia gun(P<0.01).2.Indexes of flexibility and muscle contraction strength: range of motion: the static stretching was recovered immediately after relaxation(P >0.05),while the other three groups were not recovered immediately after relaxation(P<0.05).In the comparison of growth rate between groups,there was statistical difference between static stretching and other groups(P<0.05).The maximum isometric contraction force: the main effect of time was statistically significant(P<0.01).Compared with the basic value of the same group,after the post-analysis,each group did not recover immediately after 48 h relaxation(P<0.05).3.Muscular dimension and subjective feeling of muscle soreness(VAS)indexes: thigh dimension: the main effect of time was statistically significant(P<0.01).Compared with the basic value of the same group,after post-analysis,each group did not recover immediately after 48 h relaxation(P<0.05).In the VAS score,the main effect of time was statistically significant(P<0.01),and the peak occurred immediately after 48 h relaxation in all groups.In the inter-group comparison,DMS at 24 h immediate relaxation and 48 h immediate relaxation were statistically different from the other three groups.Conclusions:1.The impact of one-time high-intensity centrifugal exercise on hamstring muscles will last until 48 h.Without recovery intervention,indicators(range of motion,muscle strength,muscle tension,and muscle hardness)indicate that hamstring muscles are still in a state of fatigue at 48 h.2.In the state of muscle(muscle tension,muscle hardness,muscle elasticity): both deep muscle stimulation instrument and fascia gun can effectively relieve the increase of muscle tension and hardness caused by centrifugal training,but the fascia gun will delay the recovery of muscle elasticity;The effect of static stretching on its recovery is weak.The Deep Muscle Stimulator was better at restoring muscle state than the fascia gun.3.In terms of hamstring flexibility and muscle contraction strength: Static stretching can significantly improve the hamstring flexibility after centrifugal training,while deep muscle stimulation machine and fascia gun have no obvious effect on the recovery of flexibility;In the improvement of muscle strength,the recovery effect of deep muscle stimulator,fascia gun and static stretching was not obvious.4.In the muscle dimension and VAS score,the three relaxation methods could not improve the muscle dimension;Deep Muscle Stimulator is better at alleviating subjective pain than the fascia gun.
