Under the guidance of the strategy of "Healthy China",in order to improve the health level of the people,the Qizheng meridian health exercise with Tibetan style and characteristics is created for the people with chronic sprain and contusion,the people with setbacks and stasis,the working people with long-term cases,the middle-aged and the elderly and the patients with chronic diseases.This exercise consults from the meridian science,the sports medicine and the sports physiology of traditional Chinese medicine.It combines traditional sports health preservation with traditional Tibetan dance movements.At the same time,it also adopted many elements such as traditional Chinese martial arts and health preservation culture,Tibetan culture and music therapy.The Qizheng meridian health exercise consists of seven sections,namely,preparatory "holding the moon together",the first chapter "stretching waist and back",the second chapter "stretching shoulder and neck",the third chapter "patting knee",the fourth chapter "stretching spine and bearing chest",the fifth chapter "swinging arm",and the closing chapter "washing the marrow in the sun".The compilation process follows the scientific principle,safety principle,effectiveness principle,simplicity principle and interesting principle.The compilation of exercise conforms to the combination of physical therapy,physical arts,static and dynamic,traditional and modern,systemic and local exercises.In order to verify the effect of the Qizheng exercise,30 middle-aged and elderly subjects were selected,and randomly divided into two groups for exercise intervention experiment.Among them,the experimental group was given the Qizheng exercise,while the control group was given ordinary instrument exercise.The experiment lasted for 3 months.At the end of each month,the subjects' heart rate,blood pressure,balance index,flexibility index,BMI and other physical indicators were tracked and recorded.Three months later,a SF-36 questionnaire survey was conducted for all subjects.After the experiment,the data were analyzed by Excel and SPSS software.The results show that the Qizheng exercise can improve heart rate index,balance index and flexibility index better than the instrument exercise.And in the first two months of practice will have a significant effect.There was no significant difference in BMI between the two groups.In the SF-36 questionnaire,the 5 indicators of PF,GH,VT,RE and MH in the Qizheng exercise group were slightly better than those in the instrument exercise group.So it was judged that some subjects subjectively believed that the Qizheng exercise could better change their mental state.To sum up,the Qizheng exercise has good effectiveness,outstanding style and suitable difficulty.It can be used as one of the aerobic calisthenics to improve the physique of target people in community,public fitness places and hospitals at all levels.In addition,the Qizheng exercise has a good promotion effect.At present,the exercise has been shot as a teaching video,promoted and disseminated through commercial channels,and the number of network clicks has reached tens of thousands.It can be predicted that this exercise will attract more people to participate in the national fitness team.
