As a novel and widely spread teaching mode,flipped classroom has been widely used in various disciplines and has achieved some practical results.It is based on new curriculum,micro-learning and information literacy education and is supported by information technology and curriculum integration.It is recognized by more and more researchers and teachers,especially with the emergence of new ideas and new technologies,information technology is gradually popularized in school education and teaching model presents a diversified trend of development.Flipped classroom teaching mode has become a trend of education reform at home and abroad,and its introduction into secondary school language classroom is also the general trend.Literature analysis,questionnaire survey and interviews are used to investigate the current situation of flipped classroom in high school language in Meishan City in China.Firstly,the background,significance,purpose,research methods,core concepts and literature review are introduced.Then,the current situation of flipped classroom teaching in high school language in Meishan City is investigated,the results of the investigation are summarized and analyzed,the existing problems are summed up and the causes are analyzed.The main problems are embodied in teachers,students,school management and technical equipment.The main reasons are resistance of funds and technique,resistance of examination-oriented education,resistance from interest subjects and resistance of teachers and students.Finally,from the teachers,students and the implementation of environmental support three levels,recommendations for improvement of flipped classroom teaching of high school language in Meishan City are proposed.The main conclusion of this paper is to put forward suggestions for improving the teaching of high school language by flipped classroom in Meishan City.The strategies and methods of high school language teaching by flipped classroom in Meishan City are mainly formulated from the teachers,students,and the implementation of environmental support.Teachers' strategies mainly include improving teachers' accomplishment in micro-class development and flipped teaching,improving the ability of flipped classroom,and establishing Witkey and a special team of learning platform.The main strategies for students are to improve students' acceptance and enthusiasm,encourage students to actively participate in classroom discussions,and improve students' autonomous learning ability.The main strategies for implementing environmental support mainly include increasing funds investment and improving the construction of hardware facilities;striving for the support of parents and strengthening cooperation between home and school;establishing a sound teaching management system of flipped classroom;and improving the evaluation system of flipped classroom.
