The new curriculum reform and the development of education informationization have put forward new requirements for our traditional teaching mode,and the flipped classroom applies information technology to traditional classroom,through the way of group study to break through the key points and difficult points,which is the inevitable trend of times.When flipped classroom set off a craze at home and abroad,the author's school,a key middle school in Taiyuan,has also began to use the flipped classroom model,and designed the corresponding teaching process.In combination with my own teaching practice,I have found that the flipped classroom teaching mode has advantages when applied to the high school politics curriculum.For example,teachers can have more time to break through the key points and difficult points.Besides,we have more time to achieve the emotional,attitudinal and valuable goals.However,in the course of teaching,I have encountered some problems,no one teaching mode is universal,and the flipped classroom is the same.In order to promote the practice of flipped classroom teaching mode in high school political course,I made the following exploration to improve my classroom efficiency.Through practice of several courses,including "the Factors that Affect the Price","the Laborer in New Era","the Taxation and the Ratepaying","Around the Theme,Seize the Main Line",I summed up the problems I encountered when using flipped classroom.First,students do not have enough time for preview,thus the preview efficiency is low.Second,the learning feedback is not accurate enough that we can't prepare lessons according to the students' preview situation.Third,the teaching content is repeated and the classroom efficiency is not high.Fourth,the classroom assessment is so single that it is not conducive to the overall development of students.Next,I analyzed the causes of the above problems.Which include teachers,students,exam-oriented education influence three aspects.Then on the basics of the reasons,I summarized the optimized strategies.First,we should change the curriculum to give students enough time to study independently.Second,we should clarify the preview task,and set the problem to be operable.Third,we should strengthen the late maintenance of the system platform,and supervise the students well.Third,we should pay attention to the development of teachers' ability and establish a normal teaching skill training mechanism.Fourth,we should we should use the process assessment and make evaluation standard.Last,teachers should choose the content which is suitable for flipped classroom.
