The junior middle school chemistry experiment is an important part of junior middle school chemistry teaching,quantitative experiment is an effective way to cultivate students core quality,quantitative design of junior middle school chemistry extracurricular experiment can arouse the students' interest in learning chemistry,training junior high school students' ability of experiment operation,training junior high school students scientific literacy,improve their experimental inquiry ability and innovation ability.However,the content of extracurricular experiments in current domestic textbooks is relatively few,and the quantitative extracurricular experiments are even less.Therefore,the design can stimulate learning interest,quantitative secondary school chemistry extracurricular can effectively improve the status quo.This study aims to through the use of intelligent household small instruments pen design TDS water quality detection in junior high school chemistry extracurricular experiment,introducing the consciousness of quantitative extracurricular experiment,guides the student to focus on intelligent small household instruments and quantitative experiments and extracurricular chemical experiment,through the experiment of design and implementation,stimulate students' interest in learning,cultivate scientific literacy and innovation ability.This study by simple commercially available,TDS water test pen(hereinafter referred to as the test pen)as an example,the design for junior high school chemistry extracurricular experiment,apply design good experimental Yu Shude middle school foreign language school district six classes,class of 2018 at the beginning of three classes as experimental group,as the control group,the other 3 classes from the beginning of September to early May 2018,2017 to carry out the test pen is used to design the extracurricular experiment.At the same time,we tracked and compared the changes in the scores of six classes in the unified monthly examination and the changes in their interest in daily chemistry study.This study finds that it is feasible to design extracurricular experiments of quantitative chemistry in junior high school by using a test pen,which plays a great role in promoting students' interest in learning and improving their scientific literacy in quantitative data collection and analysis of chemistry.This paper includes the following four parts:The first part: introduces the research background,research significance and research method of the subject,and clarifies the necessity of carrying out quantitative extracurricular experiments in junior high school chemistry.The second part: the domestic and American junior high school chemistry teaching material experimental content has carried on the analysis and the comparison,discovered that the extracurricular experiment involves the quantitative experiment very few,did not use the intelligent household small instrument to design the extracurricular experiment.The third part: designed four junior high school chemistry extracurricular experiments with the test pen,and carried on the empirical research.Experiment 1: the relationship between TDS value and solid type and mass was determined.Experiment 2: the TDS value of common drinking water was measured with a test pen.Experiment 3: the detection pen was used to determine whether the precipitation was clean or not.Experiment 4: trace solubility of insoluble substances was detected by detection pen.The fourth part: summarize the gains and losses and deficiencies of the whole research process,make a profound reflection,and lay a foundation for designing more and better quantitativie extracurricular experiments in the future.
