| Chemistry is a subject based on experiments.The chemical experiment as an important part of chemistry teaching in middle school,plays an irreplaceable role to stimulate students' interest in learning,to create a lively teaching situation,to help the students understand and master the knowledge and skills,to cultivate scientific thinking,innovative spirit and integrity of students'.In recent years,the use of intelligent small household instruments combined with chemistry teaching in middle schools is a very worthy of attention.The chemistry curriculum standards of compulsory education and ordinary high school in China both point out that "to improve students' scientific literacy is the purpose".It can be seen that the core concept of national curriculum standards requires us to cultivate students' scientific literacy.Quantitative experiment,as an important part of chemistry experiment teaching in middle school,is the main means to improve students' scientific literacy and cultivate innovative talents.Starting from the analysis of the research status of quantitative experiments at home and abroad,this paper discusses the significance of quantitative experiments for middle school chemistry education,points out that efforts should be made to cultivate the scientific measurement ability of middle school students,and further puts forward some methods of carrying out quantitative chemistry experiments with intelligent small household instruments.The research of this subject includes seven aspects:The first part discusses the research background of the subject,defines quantitative chemistry experiments,expounds the significance of carrying out quantitative chemistry experiments in middle schools,points out the disadvantages of neglecting quantitative chemistry experiments in chemistry experiment teaching,and emphasizes the unique advantages of carrying out quantitative chemistry experiments with intelligent small household instruments.The second part discusses the importance of cultivating students' scientific measurement ability in middle school teaching,including the following three aspects:scientific measurement is an important part of scientific literacy,the importance ofcultivating quantitative measurement ability of middle school students,and the main methods of cultivating scientific measurement ability of middle school students.The third part uses TDS water quality detection pen to set up three middle school chemical quantitative experiments: using TDS water quality detection pen to improve acid-base titration experiment,quantitative comparison of strong and weak electrolytes,a quantitative experiment of determining seawater salinity.In the fourth part,based on the portable breathalyzer,the experiment of quantitative detection of disinfection alcohol concentration in disinfection environment is set up.In the fifth part,based on the fluorescence detection pen and the standard curve of the fluorescent brightener VBL,the experiment of quantitative detection of the fluorescent brightener content in daily paper was established.In the sixth part,a research experiment was set up to determine the sugar content of commercial beverage based on the handheld refractometer.In the seventh part,based on the acidity detection pen,an experiment was set up to quantitatively explore the relationship between gas solubility and temperature.The eighth part is the conclusion.Part of the experimental content created in this paper has been verified by students' experiments,and part of it has not been verified by experiments due to the influence of time and other factors.These experimental contents proposed in the paper can be used in the middle school chemistry experiment curriculum,and some of them can be used as extracurricular experiments and research travel experiments. |
