Practice And Reflection On Grief Reaction Intervention Of Bereavement Adolescents

Loss is a life problem that everyone must face,from the loss of items to the death of love.Losing one's favorite relatives in adolescence is one of the most important blows in life.It can't handle the pain caused by bereavement,and it has a major impact on its growth and life.How to help the bereavement adolescents to get rid of grief and reduce the impact of bereavement incidents on their future is a problem that social workers need to pay attention to.However,compared with the West,the current intervention in China's sad reaction to bereavement adolescents remains in the discussion of necessity and demand exploration,and there is almost no research on practice.In order to respond to this question,this study used a case study method to analyze the specific performance of the sad reaction of bereavement adolescents through the study of the practice of eight bereavement adolescents cases in G institution,focusing on how social workers respond to different sad reactions.The effectiveness of the intervention,summarizing its successful experience,and exploring effective strategies for case-responding to the sad response of bereavement adolescents.The study found that social workers have established a support network of families,peers,communities,schools,etc.by helping the bereavement adolescents to express their feelings of grief,rationalizing grief,diverting attention and finding meaning in the process of grief.Sadness,an effective strategy for intervention is to find key people,discuss specific situations,use appropriate media,and grasp the timing of change.However,the current case intervention practice still has the problems of different case interventions,lack of scientific evidence for the effectiveness of case interventions,insufficient targeted interventions for cases,and insufficient persistence of case interventions.In response to these problems,the case intervention program is further optimized.Regarding the persistence of intervention,advocating future intervention can be divided into two stages.In the later stage of intervention,social workers can play the role of "important others" after the exit,in order to consolidate the intervention consistency and durability.
