| In recent years,with the continuous progress of China’s development,people’s living standards have been constantly improved,and people’s requirements on quality of life have also been enhanced due to the strength of the country.In particular,fitness awareness has received people’s attention.Sports has become a basic social practice in which hundreds of millions of people take an active part,and it is also an important embodiment of people’s spiritual life was fulfilled.Training college students to establish lifelong sports awareness and habits is the most important thing.By introducing the management and organization form of clubs,colleges and universities can effectively stimulate students’ interest in sports,greatly improve the professional skills of sports programs,and better develop the awareness and habit of lifelong sports.Moreover,students can enrich their daily life and make more friends in the model of club teaching.Shenyang area uses the model of club teaching is late,therefore,there are still many problems in the development and implementation of club model teaching.For example,the sports venues and the site facilities are insufficient,the club organization and management is lack of experience,the construction of the teaching team and so on.Therefore,on the basis of understanding sports club mode of some colleges and universities in Shenyang and refer to the previous successful experience of the sports club model teaching research,this paper studies the implementation strategies of sports club teaching in some universities in Shenyang.This paper aims to discover existing problems and put forward Suggestions and countermeasures,and explore more suitable teaching strategy for sports club mode of universities in Shenyang.This paper adopts the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis to make an actual survey of some college sports clubs in Shenyang.Investigation and analysis are conducted from different aspects such as teaching recognition,organizational form,venue facilities,teaching project setting,teaching management and evaluation.Through investigation and analysis,this paper puts forward the following Suggestions:(1)The model of sports club teaching in some colleges and universities in Shenyang is at the primary stage;(2)Sports club teaching is the development trend of sports teaching in colleges and universities in Shenyang;(3)Some of the teachers lack experience in organization and management,the teaching force needs to be further improved,and the teaching evaluation system needs to be further improved;(4)Some colleges and universities are short of sports facilities and the construction speed is slow;(5)The seasonal climate has certain influence on the development of club teaching. |
