Spend money on health phenomenon has become more and more common in today’ssociety. Major small and medium-sized health clubs in Beijing, with countless aerobics,courses in a variety of commercial fitness club, choose different types of exercise classcoach, under continuous music accompaniment, make the members to achieve theobjective of the strong body, cheerful body and mind. At present, the universities aerobicscourse mostly adopts the traditional teaching mode, and the traditional calisthenicsteaching mode cannot meet the demand of students’ fitness. With the development of thesociety and the reform of teaching mode, aerobics club teaching pattern is starting to getattention. Aerobics club teaching mode is based on the theoretical knowledge in thelearning of physical exercise, the teacher imitates ribbon gymnastics club coach model,with simple, diversity of aerobics movement as the main content, to follow musiccontinuously lead the student to carry on the body of practice, to improve student health,entertainment and increase students interest in learning, cultivate a kind of teaching formof lifetime sports thought. It is not deny that the traditional teaching mode, it should beaccording to the different teaching object and teaching purposes, using different teachingmode.This article uses the method of documentation, questionnaire survey method, mathematicaldata method, from the Beijing normal university aerobics course current teaching modeand the necessity of implementing the club teaching mode, the conditioning factors andfeasibility in Beijing as the research object,15university questionnaire, the results of thestudy show that:1.Aerobics club teaching mode refers to the learning of physical exercise based on relevanttheoretical knowledge, the teacher imitates ribbon gymnastics club coach model, withsimple, diversity of aerobics movement as the main content, to follow music continuouslylead the student to carry on the body of practice, to improve student health, entertainment,and enhance students interest in learning, cultivate a kind of teaching form of lifetimesports thought.2.Beijing universities aerobics course carrying out club teaching model is less, mostuniversities still adopt the traditional calisthenics teaching mode, sports universities classaerobics club teaching mode is relatively good. Beijing universities aerobics elective classand aerobics special students mostly adopt the unified teaching model, not according todifferent using different teaching objects and teaching objectives of teaching mode.3.Universities aerobics traditional teaching mode and club object is different, the needs ofthe students learning calisthenics is different also, therefore, teachers’ teaching purpose isdifferent. Ordinary university students learning calisthenics the purpose is to keep fit, toimprove learning interest and train their consciousness of lifelong sports. universitiesaerobics teachers’ attitude also suggests that fully carrying out club teaching model isnecessary.4.Universities aerobics teachers’ age, age,working years,training ideology, professionalquality, aerobics curriculum evaluation system, Teacher training,school grounds and multimedia facilities conditions and so on are the important factors influencing the clubteaching mode implementation5.Aerobics teachers should according to different teaching objects and demand goal, adoptthe reasonable teaching mode. For students of normal, Universities aerobics club teachingmode, changing teachers’ ideology, improving teachers’ teaching ability, improve aerobicsappraisal system, perfect the construction of facilities, provide the conditions for theimplementation of the aerobics club teaching mode...
