A Study On The Present Situation Of Sports Club Teaching In Colleges And Universities In Shaanxi Province

Since the reform and opening up,China's economy has shown a geometric growth.With the support of a strong economic system,China's comprehensive national strength ranks among the top three in the world and has established a fairly stable position in the international community.In order to win in today's competitive environment and maintain a certain international status,the level of comprehensive national strength of a country is the most important decisive factor,and the improvement of comprehensive national strength requires the contribution of various talents.Talents are the guarantee of the construction of the country,while colleges and universities undertake the task of training homebuilders.Therefore,the level of running a university determines the upper limit of talents,and also affects the replacement of the old and the new among the builders of the country.From another perspective,it determines the destiny of the country's development,which also conforms to the national policy of "rejuvenating the country through science and education and strengthening the country with talents".As an important part of higher education,physical education plays an irreplaceable role in students' physical and mental education and adaptability.To achieve the construction of useful talents for the society,first of all,their own to maintain a healthy body,and then to contribute to the future of the motherland.The ministry of education's opinions on deepening the reform of undergraduate education and teaching to comprehensively improve the quality of talent cultivation points out that: strict education and teaching management,encourage students to study hard,reasonably increase the time of physical exercise for students,and include the examination results in an appropriate way.Students who fail to reach the level stipulated by the state cannot graduate on schedule due to strict physical education assessment,which reflects the state's emphasis on physical education teaching in institutions of higher learning,pays attention to the combination of students' physical literacy and professional knowledge,promotes the innovative development of the professional field of physical education,and promotes the upgrading of quality standards[1].However,the traditional teaching mode of physical education inChina's colleges and universities has been used for a long time.What teachers teach,what students learn and what kind of infusion teaching,the teaching process boring taste,did not stimulate students' interest to do individualized teaching.In this paper,extraction of shaanxi province 10 normal universities as the research object,through questionnaire investigation,expert interview method,literature material method,logic analysis,mathematical statistics in shaanxi province ordinary university sports club teaching,leadership attitude and purpose,the kinds of project management structure,setting,site equipment,teacher structure,operating funds and students participate in the club's motivation,etc,in this paper,the corresponding research results.The survey results are as follows: the teaching of sports clubs in colleges and universities in shaanxi province can be divided into in-class teaching of sports clubs,after-class teaching of sports clubs and in-class and out-of-class teaching of integrated sports clubs.The traditional setting of sports items cannot meet the actual exercise needs of students,the site is not open enough,the existing facilities are not perfect,the venue facilities can not be effectively used,there are some places are not enough,some places are idle,the venue facilities can not fully meet the needs of the opening of sports items;The source of funds is single,mainly school financial expenditure,self-generated income,social sponsorship and student dues to ensure the expenditure of funds,such as insufficient funds;In the teacher structure,young and middle-aged teachers account for a large proportion,and professors and associate professors are older and fewer in number.In terms of professional title,educational background and age,the teacher structure is unreasonable to some extent.In order to further improve the implementation of sports club teaching in colleges and universities in shaanxi province,this paper gives corresponding reasonable Suggestions on the above problems,which requires the school leaders,teachers,students,society and government education departments to respond actively,participate actively and make joint efforts.
