The thesis conducts an in-depth investigation of the professional identity of a rural private kindergarten teacher in Lunan by the narrative research paradigm of qualitative research. On this basis, the author takes a teacher as a research case, conducts in-depth interviews, describes the history of Zhang's professional identity and its living status, and conducts corresponding analysis. The study found that Zhang did not agree with his professional identity, and the reason why he stayed in kindergarten was a helpless move.Mr.Zhang's career identity process can be divided into four main stages: expecting success, eager to be recognized;professional pains, frustrations come one after another;self-seeking,attempting to self-adjust;identity loss, eventually passed.Since she did not recognize her professional identity,Teacher Zhang finally chose to use “mixed days” as the working norm.Through research,it is known that the factors leading to the professional identity of Zhang teachers are the result of the combined effects of subjective and objective reasons. The subjective reasons are mainly: the geographical location of the remote villages and the lack of material causes the position of internal loss;there is a contradiction between the job burnout and the breadwinner;the negative intentions for the future and the work resistance that has passed. The objective reasons are mainly: the urban-rural gap is difficult to attract excellent teachers to teach in rural kindergartens;the lack of care between the unit colleagues and leadership management;the bad impression of preschool teachers and the social prejudice of identity contempt;the intensity of work is not proportional to the actual compensation.bias.The conclusion of the thesis is that the identity process of rural private kindergarten teachers is not smooth sailing, but a curved and dynamic presentation process. The essence of rural private kindergarten teachers' identity is the game of self-interest.In a sense, their interests have not been met.Mr.Zhang has both internal expectations and external needs for self-employment identity.Private kindergarten teachers have no promotion in the education system, and they are not promoted at the bottom, but they are not understood at the bottom,so they no longer recognize self-professional status.
