With the development of society,China has also paid more and more attention to the development of pre-school education,and has also introduced corresponding policies and invested a certain amount of funds to develop pre-school education.However,in today's big cities,there is a widespread problem of premature education demand and supply imbalance.In such a big environment,private kindergartens are springing up like mushrooms.In the past few years,private kindergartens have been an important part of our early childhood education.As an educator who goes to the grassroots level as a direct implementer of education and teaching,preschool teachers have a high level of professionalism,and the quality and ability of preschool teachers are inextricably linked with the children's bright future.Only by fully understanding the living conditions of private kindergarten teachers can we take corresponding measures to improve their living conditions,and then mobilize the enthusiasm of private kindergarten teachers to improve the quality of education.In order to better present the living conditions of Teacher L,this study uses narrative research space to construct a story frame.Describe the state of existence from the dimension of time,the dimension of the relationship,and the dimension of space.In the dimension of time,pay attention to the past,present and future of Teacher L.Pay attention to the relationship with colleagues,directors,parents,and children in the dimension of relationships.British scholar Danny Kavalaro believes that to some extent,space is always a social space.This study does not simply equate space with natural space and physical space,but considers it to be a standardized "cultural space" and describes its living state from three aspects: natural space,space system and perceptual space.In order to improve the problems in the living state and make it more meaningful life,we put forward targeted suggestions from the perspective of psychological capital: improve the participation of kindergarten teachers in management and establish hope;The professional level of preschool teachers,improve self-efficacy;pay attention to the mental health,establish a positive psychological state;minimize the workload and improve wages.
