In recent years,many teachers in private kindergartens do not have a high sense of identity for their own career due to salary,social status and other reasons,which leads to a significant decrease in the work enthusiasm of many teachers in private kindergartens.This is not conducive to the improvement of education level of China's overall preschool,and is not conducive to the improvement of the overall comprehensive quality of teachers in private kindergartens.Faced with this urgent problem,the whole society and private kindergartens should strengthen their own management,optimize the teacher team through a variety of means,and make up for various defects existing in private kindergartens.Based on this,the author consulted and absorbed a large number of academic literature at home and abroad,filled in his theoretical knowledge and sorted it out.In order to avoid the article from reality,and formulate a scientific and systematic questionnaire,please fill out the questionnaire DouYun city 30 kindergarten teachers,and expand the thorough exchange,collected a large amount of data and information,master the objective situation,finally combining with their own professional knowledge,a comprehensive analysis,find out existing weaknesses and shortcomings,to provide targeted and operability of ideas,in order to bring enlightenment for the preschool education.Based on professor ding jie's questionnaire and the actual situation of duyun city,this paper takes 30 teachers of private kindergartens as the survey object and serves as the data source of this paper.Article benefit from professional since the intellectual,professional,professional power are three dimensions,the combination of preschool teachers' age,teaching age,education,marriage,position,salary levels,the six factors questionnaire design and investigation,and finally it is concluded that the related data,and carries on the analysis,find out the cause of the problem,and put forward the strategy to solve the problem.Pre-school education is the basis of education,and pre-school is a critical period of one's development.As the main education institution of pre-school education,the quality of kindergarten plays a very important role to a certain extent,and teachers,as the main body of teaching,their professional identity influences the development of pre-school education to a certain extent.Through investigation and research,this paper hopes to take duyun city as the research object,explore relevant factors affecting professional identity,and contribute to the development of preschool education.At the same time,as a professional teacher of pre-school education major,I hope to apply good strategies to the practice of kindergarten through this study,and at the same time make a modest contribution to the development of professional theory.In conclusion,only in-depth analysis and constructive solutions can guarantee the quality of teachers in private kindergartens,ensure the benign development of preschool education,and provide more sufficient power and vitality for the development and growth of private pre-school education nationwide.
