Study On The Safety Risk Prevention And Control System Of Community Fitness Equipment Based On PDCA Cycle Model

Community sports is an important part of mass sports and the cornerstone of promoting national fitness work.Among them,the safety risk prevention and control of community fitness equipment is an important prerequisite to guarantee the extensive development of national fitness.With the implementation of GB 19272-2011 "General Safety Requirements for Outdoor Fitness Equipment" and "Management Measures for the Construction of Outdoor Fitness Equipment",the construction of community fitness equipment for national fitness activities has entered a rapid development stage.Community fitness equipment installed in public places,with distinct public,public welfare,free and other characteristics,its structure and function should take full account of the residents' use requirements and safety.At the same time,we should also consider its anti-corrosion and anti-theft performance in outdoor environment,which puts forward stricter safety requirements for community fitness equipment.By using the methods of documentation,questionnaire,field investigation and mathematical statistics,this paper constructs community fitness equipment based on PDCA cycle model,combining with PDCA cycle model in total quality management,and taking the current situation of safety risk prevention and control of outdoor fitness equipment allocated by eight communities under the jurisdiction of four major administrative regions in Dalian City,Liaoning Province as the basic basis.Safety risk prevention and control system.According to the results of the study,this paper mainly draws the following conclusions:Firstly,there are obvious age characteristics of outdoor fitness equipment injury accidents among community residents in Dalian City,Liaoning Province: 51-79 years old has the largest number,0-17 years old has the second largest number,18-50 years old has the least number;the frequency and types of injury caused by community fitness equipment are different: there are various kinds of active parts such as rotation,swing or sliding.The frequency of equipment accidents is the highest,the frequency of equipment accidents with elastic bars is more,and the frequency of other stable equipment accidents without any movable parts is the lowest.There are four kinds of community fitness equipment injury accidents,which are arranged in the order of primary and secondary: machine accident,tube accident,human accident and ring accident.Secondly,based on the theory of comprehensive safety risk grade of community fitness equipment,the safety risk grade of the specifications and parameters of community fitness equipment is sorted from high to low,and the specific order is: serious risk(static load intensity requirements of main components,safety service life and fatigue performance requirements);medium risk(stability requirements,site requirements,installation requirements);low risk.(Chemical material requirements,shape and structure design requirements,surface quality requirements;admissible risks(environmental protection requirements,electrical safety requirements).Thirdly,through the analysis of the basic factors causing the safety risk accidents of community fitness equipment,the behavior factors(suppliers,supervisors,users)of safety risk prevention and control of community fitness equipment allocation and construction institutions(personnel)and the safety risk state factors(equipment quality,surrounding environment)of community fitness equipment are examined and evaluated,and the safety risk inspection records and distribution of community fitness equipment are formed.Analyse the report and build the safety risk inspection and guarantee system of community fitness equipment.Fourthly,on the basis of analyzing and summarizing the results of the safety risk inspection of community fitness equipment,we should improve the information disclosure system and tracking feedback system of community fitness equipment,and construct the improvement mechanism of the safety risk of community fitness equipment,so as to combine the process of the safety risk prevention and control system of community fitness equipment with the relevant safety risk criteria,so as to ensure the efficient operation of the safety risk prevention and control system of community fitness equipment.
