The Project Management Research On Smart Campus Application Platform

With the rapid development of information technology,cloud computing,Internet of Things,mobile interconnection,big data,intelligent perception,artificial intelligence and other information technologies are emerging.In the outline of China's educational reform and development plan,it is pointed out that informationization technology is of great importance to the development of education.In the development plan of the Ministry of Education,it is also pointed out that informationization of education is an indispensable driving force and support for realizing the grand goal of China's educational modernization.Therefore,according to the actual situation of the school itself,how to build a smart campus that meets the goals of comprehensive perception,intelligent learning and people-oriented innovative service is a major issue facing colleges and universities.The research object of this thesis is the management process of the application platform project of the middle layer of the smart Campus framework.Firstly,this paper expounds the background situation,development status and construction scheme of the Smart Campus application Platform project,and on the basis of the theoretical analysis and literature record of the Informationization proj ect and management,emphatically analyzes the concept of Project demand management,project time management,and the application and discussion in the process of project implementation and management.It is pointed out that the construction project of information system can be successfully completed and achieve the desired results,and the implementation of project management is a necessary condition.We have carried on the project progress management and the demand management application research in the project implementation stage.Specific content includes the implementation phase to clarify the responsibilities of project members,the use of life cycle management theory to project phase division,Resource allocation optimization,to ensure the success of project implementation,in the process of proj ect implementation,taking several stages as an example,from the scope planning,requirements analysis,system design,coding development and other links,The responsibilities of the project stakeholders at each stage and the output results process to be submitted at each stage are listed in tabular form.Finally,it ensures that the acceptance of the platform can be carried out on schedule,and lays a foundation for the smooth operation and maintenance after the implementation of the project delivery.The last chapter makes a summary and outlook of the paper.It summarizes the previous management work in time to improve the level of project management and implementation.
