| At present,China is in the new stage of building informatization 3.0.With the innovation and development of data deep mining and integrated application,the informatization construction of colleges and universities has gradually moved from electronic campus and digital campus to smart campus.As a higher stage of the construction and development of digital campus,smart campus is an important means to promote the high-quality development of educational informatization and build an educational power,and it is also an objective requirement for the implementation of educational modernization 2035.Smart campus project is a complex project combining information technology and campus construction,so it may face a lot of risks in the project construction.How to identify risks,evaluate risks,deal with risks in the process of the project,and successfully realize the project construction has become a problem that every smart campus project builder has to think deeply.Based on the current management situation of campus informatization,H University combines the Internet of things and digital twin technology to build a smart campus project,effectively combines the software and hardware of the school,and integrates the data of relevant subsystems.Based on the systematic analysis of the research on smart campus and project risk management at home and abroad,this thesis studies the risk management of the smart campus project of H University Based on the smart campus project of H University.Firstly,it introduces the theoretical basis,theoretical application and related theoretical research methods of risk management.Secondly,it comprehensively introduces the background,objectives,construction plans and existing problems of the smart campus project of H University;The expert interview method is used to identify the project risk factors,and the main risks include: project planning risk,project technology risk,project safety risk,project quality risk and project schedule risk.The analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the comprehensive weight of risk factors,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to accurately evaluate the level of project risk indicators.It is concluded that the project first focuses on safety risk,followed by quality risk,technology risk,planning risk and progress risk.Finally,according to the risk level from high to low,formulate corresponding risk response strategies and propose corresponding safeguard measures.Combined with the implementation process of the smart campus construction project of H University,this thesis puts forward effective risk management methods to reduce the risk factors of the smart campus construction project of H University,and provides reference for the risk management of the smart campus construction of other universities and the construction of the risk management system of similar projects. |
