Objective:Combining personalized goal setting with regular feedback(G&F),intervened the volleyball skills,physical quality and competition anxiety of adolescent female volleyball players,explored the influence of goal setting intervention means on athletes' competitive ability.Methods:Youth volleyball teams of Shanghai sports school were selected to participate in the study.Total 18 people,aged between 13 and 17 years old,with an average training years of 4.2±1.76 years,were randomly divided into goal feedback group,feedback group and control group according to their position,6 people in each group.Test indicators:the sport skills indicators were the success rate of spiking and receive spiking of the athletes,and the physical test indicators were the vertical jump,1 minute lie on your back with both ends up,30-meter run,prone back extension and half-meter word movement of the athletes.The testing methods were strictly according to the requirements of the?Volleyball training syllabus for youth???Theories and methods of healthy physical fitness assessment?and?Handbook of psychological scale assessment in sports science?.Goal feedback group intervention for the goal?feedback with normal training,feedback group intervention for feedback with normal training,the control group keeping normal training,collection coaches collective goals setting personal goals,feedback includes athlete skill performance,physical performance and achieving goals,goals set once a month,feedback once every two weeks,the intervention duration for four months.Results:(1)Sport skills:after the intervention,the success rate in the spike of athletes in the control group decreased 0.20%,the feedback group increased 1.59%,and the goal feedback group increased 1.32%.The changes before and after the three groups were not statistically significant(p>0.05).The receive-spiking success rate of the control group increased 0.68%,the feedback group increased 2.16%,and the goal feedback group increased 2.22%,The before and after difference of goal feedback group and feedback group was significant(p<0.05).(2)Physical fitness:After the intervention,the performance of the goal feedback group in vertical jump(p=0.042)?1 minute lie on your back with both ends up(p=0.042)and the prone back extension(p=0.027)were significantly improved,the three groups in the 30 meters run showed no significant improvement(p>0.05),the control group(p=0.027)and the goal feedback group(p=0.027)in half-meter word movement improved significantly(p<0.05).(3)Anxiety:Match preparation anxiety in goal feedback group(p=0.034)significantly reduced,the injury anxiety value of the three groups after intervention showed an upward trend but no significance(p>0.05),the anxiety values of other dimensions decreased but no significant difference(p>0.05).Conclusion:(1)The(G&F)can actively promote the improvement of young women volleyball players' receive spiking skills;(2)The(G&F)can effectively improve the explosive power of lower limbs,strength endurance,waist and back flexibility and sensitivity of adolescent women volleyball players;(3)The(G&F)can reduce competition preparation anxiety.
