In recent years,as people for the improvement in the recognition of shoulder joint and surrounding tissue related knowledge,the scapula in the role of the upper limb function has aroused the interest of the researchers constantly.When the scapula anatomy and biomechanics interact to produce effective movement,scapula in promoting he important function of shoulder joint plays an important role.scapula as a core,bony connection between the spine and shoulders,as the main body power chain transfer to stand,and in the upper limb movement has played a very important role in the process of energy transfer.If the scapula stability decline,will lead to energy leak phenomenon,power chain will eventually lead to reduced muscle contraction effect influence on the overall efficiency of sports.In the process of volleyball spiking,the stability of the shoulder blades to make energy in the power chain transfer more smoothly and maximize reach distal part of the energy,at the same time,the stability of the scapula for upper limb smash action to provide a stable support,make place of shoulder joint of muscle contraction power more fully,thus improve the volleyball players spike handwaving speed.At the same time,the stable scapula muscle strength drop caused muscle imbalance is an important cause of shoulder joint injury,scapula stability training have very good prevention effect to shoulder joint injury,thus strengthening the volleyball players movement function of shoulder joint.This paper uses the literature material method,expert questionnaire method,experimental method,mathematical methods such as method of juice on the shoulder blade stability training of volleyball players spiking speed the influence of the experimental study and theoretical analysis.In 12 of Beijing sports university volleyball players as experimental object,and the subjects were divided into experimental group and contrast the elder sister.In the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment of the shoulder blade and serve speed numerical stability values,and reflect the volleyball players handwaving speed test collection.From October 2016 to December 2016,in six weeks,three times a week,volleyball training class,the experimental group training,the stability of the shoulder blade and the control group not to intervene,to leave.With empirical way to test the shoulder blade stability training of volleyball players spike handwaving influence and the role of speed,to improve the volleyball players spiking speed in our country are also proposed.By means of the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment the shoulder blade stability and spiking speed values and influence handwaving speed test scores were statistically analyzed,draw the following conclusions:(1)the stability of the six weeks at the Withers training has significant effect to improve the stability of the athletes at the Withers.(2)the stability of the shoulder blade training of volleyball players in situ spiking speed have a positive impact.(3)the scapular stabilization exercise of volleyball players make handwaving speed have a positive impact.
