With the growing popularity of China,Chinese and Chinese culture have drawn more and more attention,and the demand for foreigner studying in China is increasing.The short-term training program in China can realize the integration and comprehensive study of Chinese language and culture in a short period of time.Observing and analyzing it from an academic perspective,Bandura's social learning theory provides a possibility for research,the characteristics of the theory are highly correlated with short-term Chinese training programs.This thesis attempts to observe the short-term study in China from the perspective of Bandura's social learning theory.Combined with theoretical basis,literature analysis and survey results,it turns out that by stimulating students from four aspects:social environment,professional knowledge,interpersonal communication,self-evaluation and feedback can strengthen emotional induction,then change students emotions and attitudes,and ultimately affect their learning behavior.There are six chapters in this thesis.The first chapter introduces the background and significance of this research,the object and method of this research,and the concept definition and literature review of Bandura's social learning theory and short-term research proj ects in China.The second chapter introduces the development,branch principle and application value of Bandura's social learning theory with some practical cases of short-term research proj ects in China.The third chapter introduces the current development status,content,categories and characteristics of short-term research projects in China,and analyses the important relationship between Bandura's social learning theory and short-term projects.The fourth chapter introduces the design,distribution and data analysis of the questionnaire.In the fifth chapter,based on the results of the survey,the author puts forward some suggestions for optimizing the short-term research projects in China from the perspective of Bandura's social learning theory.By stimulation of social environment,professional knowledge,interpersonal communication and self-evaluation and feedback,the students can be emotionally induced,and then their attitudes towards China and the projects can be guided,which ultimately affects the students learning behavior.The sixth chapter is the conclusion,which summarizes and reflects on the research results,and puts forward the prospect.
