In the1950s, Bandura, an America psychologist, proposed the social learningtheory for the first time. Over the following half-century, the theory has beencontinuously consummated and Formed a relatively mature theory framework. Thisarticle analysed teenagers’ moral behavior and the relationship between itself and theenvironment. In the studies before, researchers believe that all kinds of human behavior, including moral behavior, only be shaped and controled by environment, or onlyaffected by the driving force and propensity. However, in the view of social learningtheory, People’s behavior is regarded as the result of interaction effect of the internalfactors and external environment. As Bandura’s thinking, human is organism with self-organization, positiveenterprising, self adjusting and self reflection instead of a reactive organism shaped byexternal events. But different from internal cause determinism of psychologicaldynamics and external cause determinism of traditional behaviorism, he thinks that thiskind of motivation is the result of interaction from internal factor (Including cognition, emotion and biological events), behavior and environment. This is also the maincontent of social learning theory basis(The three reciprocal determinism). With thesupport of the theory, observational learning is divided into four steps: notice, maintain, generating and motivation. This is also the process of human behavior. Therefore, thisarticle didn’t study social learning theory respectively or guide the moral educationonly using some certain theory like other researchers but regard social learning theoryas a theoretical system, which can guide moral cognition transfer to moral behavior. In order to implement the social learning theory to moral education, except thecoherence of pathway mentioned-above, consistency of the research subject and thecognitive view of convergence is also important. It provides a sufficient condition forthis article to discuss the feasibility of moral education from the perspective of sociallearning theory.Based on the views above, first of all, this article summarized teenagers moraleducation problems at present according to the actual circumstances of thequestionnaire responses. Then, analyze the causes of problems of moral education inthree aspects including the subject, behavior, and environment. Finally, according to the standpoint of Bandura’s social learning theory which revealed the relationship ofhuman, environment and behavior, provide the solution of the problem of teenagermoral education and provide a correct values to teenagers which can help them make aright judgement conformed to the social moral standard as well. It also can help thembehave as social value in same or similar condition and make every effort of theeffectiveness of moral education to maximize.
