Moral education is moral mental and physical development characteristics and rules of need and a certain period of education based on social development requirements, with the plan of the educated character influence and the educated positive cognitive,emotional experience,will training,practice and other activities to form the expectations of the society moral activities. College students are the initiative learners,with independent selectivity and originality.Only actively accepting the standard or identity of the specification,would they choose to internalize the rule and shape their behavior and form moral cognition,moral emotion,moral will and moral behavior in line with the social expectation.In order to realize the effectiveness of moral education, moral education teachers must pay attention to the object identity problem and realize the development of students,moral structure——moral cognition,moral emotion,moral will and moral behavior.Identity is a psychological category associated with attitude,including cognition,emotion,will and behavior. It is very necessary to learn psychology theory in order to better study College Students’ moral identity.Social learning theory from USA psychologist---Albert Bandura provides a theoretical reference for the study with the main perspective on human learning behavior, with Reciprocal determinism, Observational learning theory and Self-efficacy theory as the main form and learning behavior way, the process of learning behavior, influencing factors on learning behavior and so on as the main content. As his basic view and the base of his theory,Reciprocal determinism says that human performance is the result of the interaction of environment, behavior, human factors.Moral education identity as a comprehensive reflection of the moral cultivation can reference ternary interactive decision theory, as a whole considering,from the "human element"——teachers and students, "environment element"——economic globalization and the information network, "behavior element"——the use of moral education method and the setting of content of moral education.The inheritance and internalization of the theory of moral education is an important way of university students’ moral education, which relates to the moral identity.As one of the ways of learning,Observational learning is composed of a motivational processes based on attentional processes, process and production process, which is to provide reference to promote the moral cognition. Bandura’s social learning theory provides the reference of moral education theory and practice reference for the identity of the moral cognition,moral emotion, moral education will and moral behavior.
