Since the war of resistance against Japanese aggression,JiangXi,as "the rear of the front line,the front of the rear line",has undertaken important agricultural production tasks to guarantee the military and civilian demand for agricultural products in wartime.However,before the war of resistance against Japanese aggression,JiangXi suffered many military disasters,and the agricultural population in the province decreased sharply,which was a huge blow to the improvement of agricultural production.In addition,the education field of JiangXi higher agriculture was only left in the veterinary college of jiangxi agricultural college during the war,and there was no cultivation of higher agricultural talents in other agricultural fields.People of insight in JiangXi province established the National Chung Cheng University and its college of agriculture in Taiho,JiangXi province in 1940,to undertake the mission of agricultural development and domestic agricultural improvement in JiangXi province.Based on a large number of documents,Chung Cheng University agronomy demonstrates the unique development: 1940 Hu XianSu return to school and pick up Zhou ShiLu to cooperate with each other,the agronomy equipment instrument from scratch,development becomes strong teachers,students' academic lively famous college.However the Hu XianSu in April 1944 was forced to resign because of "the republic of China Daily" events,economist XiaoQu took over as principal.But that year coincided with the launch of the Japanese "The Battle of ZheJiang-JiangXi ",resulting in the agricultural college during the relocation of equipment and instruments were damaged,all the hard work over the years have been in vain.Shortly afterwards,XiaoQu was misunderstood by students with friendly inquiries and resigned with leaving the school.Lin Yimin take over the board,he actively in the process of developing agricultural management on one hand,on the one hand to tackle revolution,but dean week gained Zhou ShiLu and Lin have a different opinion on student management,cooperation a year later,two people safely,summer weeks back in 1948 lu school,by Wang ZhiHu took over as dean,Wang ZhiHu sum from various colleges and many professors.NanChang was liberated in May 1949,and the National Chung Cheng University was renamed the college of agriculture of National NanChang University.From chapter three to chapter five,this paper presents the discipline construction of the agricultural college in the course of its nine-year development mainly from the perspective of the teaching staff,talent training and scientific research and social service.Although the number of teachers fluctuates,this is the normal change of university teachers caused by the times,and when the number of teachers of the agricultural college is large,it even exceeds many "predecessors" and becomes the "agronomy town" where famous teachers gather in domestic agricultural colleges.In terms of talent training,talent cultivation,as one of the mission,of agronomy courtyard will always to do this,set up the reasonable professional curriculum,teaching materials with neat,looking for the right internship place,always for nosocomial students struggling with talent,and the students also to deliver,or engaged in agricultural education after graduation,or engaged in scientific research,while professional is differ,but for the domestic agricultural education andagricultural development has made the effort.In addition,agronomy college has another mission to conduct scientific research and serve agriculture.Based on the national conditions and the agricultural characteristics of JiangXi province,the scientific research of the institute actively carries out cooperation with other agricultural institutions,popularizes the cultivation of excellent agricultural products,popularizes agronomic knowledge and technology,improves agricultural production,promotes agricultural development,and actively provides services for farmers and all sectors of society.The conclusion of this paper summarizes the experiences and achievements of zhengda agricultural college so as to learn from the past and know the present.The School of Agriculture National Chung Cheng University has some deficiencies in the development and transformation.For example,the teachers' further education and training are always delayed after the service period,and the development plans are always difficult to be implemented for some reason,which restrict the long-term development of the college of agronomy.But,although flaw is in,do not conceal good however.The School of Agricultural has also created a lot of achievements and brilliant,its training of talents,strong teachers,scientific research results and services have a broad impact on JiangXi agriculture and even China's agriculture and far-reaching significance,its development model for today's advocated discipline construction also has some reference significance.
