Study On The Cultivation Of Young Marxists In New Age National Colleges And Universities

"cultivating new people of the times who are responsible for national rejuvenation" is General Secretary Xi Jinping’s major strategic requirement for the younger generation to strive hard to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,Chinese Dream.Under the leadership of the League Central Committee,the"Young Marxist training Project" will be carried out in an all-round way to cultivate the inheritors and communicators of Marxist thought for socialist construction and the great construction of the Party.Since the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League of China launched the "Young Marxist Training Project" in 2007,the training of young Marxists in colleges and universities in China has made remarkable achievements under the guidance of CPC central committee.It can be said that the national colleges and universities,especially the Communist Youth League and student federation organizations,must shoulder the fundamental tasks,fulfill their political responsibilities and serve the extremely important brand work of party and government administration.This paper objectively analyzes the guiding significance,training status and ideological origin of the "Young Marxist Training Project" in ethnic colleges and universities,the achievements made in the implementation process,the typical problems in the implementation process and the training approaches,focusing on improving the practical effect of the young Marxist training work in ethnic colleges and universities in China.The full text is divided into five chapters:Chapter Ⅰ,the introduction part,mainly introduces the basis and significance of topic selection,research status,research methods,research ideas,research difficulties and innovations,studies and combs relevant domestic and foreign literatures,and reviews related achievements made in the previous study on young Marxists.Chapter Ⅱ analyzes the guiding significance,ideological origin and training significance of the "Young Marxist Training Project" in ethnic colleges and universities,thereby helping the backbone of college students to study in depth and master the theoretical principles and policies of our party and understand the latest achievements in the chinization of Marxism in the process of carrying out the "Young Marxist Training Project" in colleges and universities.Chapter Ⅲ mainly analyzes the main contents and basic requirements of the training of young Marxists in the new era,in order to train the new generation to take on the great responsibility of national rejuvenation as the vision.A comprehensive analysis of the fundamental requirements for the cultivation of young Marxists in ethnic colleges and universities.Chapter Ⅳ analyzes the status quo,achievements and problems of the "Young Marxist Training Project" in the ethnic colleges and universities,and concludes the excellent achievements made in the "Young Marxist Training Project" in ethnic colleges and universities after several years of efforts.However,at the same time,problems such as lack of systematic training mode,lack of education with ethnic characteristics,lack of innovation,single training objects and lack of national policy education have hindered the innovation in training,which leads to the non-ideal overall effect of the Young Marxist Training Project in colleges and universities.Chapter Ⅴ first discusses and analyzes the prominent problems in the "Young Marxist Training Project" in ethnic colleges and universities in China,and puts forward the training methods.Ethnic colleges and universities need to highlight the training of key objects,strengthen the leadership mechanism,combine the characteristics of the times,make full use of new media and new technologies,and highlight the education with ethnic characteristics and other ways,thereby providing more systematic and innovative education.
