The process of teacher education and teaching is usually the process of teachers' evaluation of children's education.The behavioral performance and development of children in the classroom affect the direction of teachers' teaching activities and teachers' evaluation of children.In order to explore the implementation status of the informal evaluation of private kindergarten teachers in Luoyang,the researchers used the collective teaching activities with the highest frequency of informal evaluation as the carrier,and the teachers of a private kindergarten with better development in this city as the research object,through simple random sampling.In the kindergarten,a total of 6 kindergarten teachers were selected as observation objects,including teachers of three age classes: large,medium and small.Using literature,observation,interview and case methods,the teachers were informal in the collective teaching of kindergartens.The status of implementation of the evaluation was studied.The study found that the main problems in the implementation of informal evaluation by private kindergarten teachers in this city are: the non-verbal evaluation of teachers is relatively small,the positive emotions invested by teachers in the informal evaluation process are limited,and the informal evaluation of teachers is too general.The informal evaluation of teachers is too much focused on the maintenance of disciplinary activities and the evaluation of child participation.Based on the new concept of educational evaluation,the theory of multiple intelligence development,the Rosenthal effect and the theory of constructivism,the researchers combine the "Guidelines for Learning and Development of Children 3-6 Years" and "Guidelines for the Guidance of Kindergarten Education(Trial)" from teachers and The reason for the formation of these problems in the kindergarten perspective is that teachers lack professional evaluation knowledge,teachers neglect the far-reaching influence of informal evaluation on children,teachers lack reflection on education and education evaluation process,and kindergarten teachers have a large workload.Heavy workload and heavy teaching tasks.Based on these reasons,the countermeasures andsuggestions for improving the informal evaluation of teachers are put forward: teachers should continuously improve their informal evaluation concepts,strengthen the study and application of informal evaluations,and reflect in time after the end of educational activities.Reduce unnecessary work tasks,encourage and support teachers and teachers to improve themselves.
