Compared with the traditional employment mode,labor dispatch can effectively reduce the cost of employment for the employment unit,which not only helps to liberate it from the complicated personnel management pressure,but also reduces the service cost of the enterprise.For high professional ability workers,choice of labor dispatch,which can flexibly arrange their working hours and workplace,and can obtain satisfactory income;and for the low ability of professional ability manual workers,choose at least it can win a job for oneself,to solve the basic living problems.This is the reason why labor dispatch is favored by enterprises and workers.However,there is no denying that the labor dispatch in the process of development 1 emergency a lot of problems,and the reason analysis of these problems and find solutions to the problem,I think it can start from the specific industry.Through research,it has been found that labor dispatch is applied to almost all industries.Through the differences in the nature of the industries and the difference in salary and salary,these industries can be divided into two categories.One is the high-risk low-paid industry represented by the construction industry.The unfair treatment of insurance in such industries is the most important issue in the use of labor dispatch;the other is the high-paying industries represented by institutions,institutions,and banking industries.The issue of equal pay for equal work in such industries is the use of labor dispatch.The main problems in the process.Therefore,in order to properly resolve the problems existing in the dispatch of labor services at the present stage,we need to go deep into the industry,and use the purpose of the labor dispatching industry as a breakthrough point,so as to solve the problems that have emerged are more targeted and practical.
