Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Budget Management In A School

With the vigorous development of budget management in recent years,it has received more and more attention.Not only do enterprises attach more importance to the role of budget management in the work,but also public institutions,and they also integrate the budget management into the work more effectively.However,because of the budget management in practice is shorter,each unit pay more attention to the budget management in the budgeting process,but not for the other links,which makes the problems existing in the other link is ignored.This leads to the failure of budget management to play its systematic role,and there are more or less problems in all links.This paper studies the implementation of budget management in A school.First of all,the basic knowledge and related theories of budget management are understood through reading literature.The course of the development of the budget management in our country and its main contents are understood.Through the research on the meaning and content of budget management,the goal of education system budget management is clarified.Then we analyze the problems which exist in the implementation of budget management.The research involved four aspects of budget management,we summarized and analyzed the outstanding problems in the four links.Then based on the deep analysis of these questions to find out the root cause of these problems,including the lack of understanding of budget management,the role of supervision and evaluation,the overall awareness,weak target awareness and lack of feedback awareness,etc.The in-depth study is to further improve the application of budget management in education system,so that budget management can truly become a system,rather than a single link,so that each link can be fully functional and ensure that the cohesion of each link is not obstructed.At the same time,it also further develops the deficiency or weak awareness of current budget management,so as to ensure that budget management can be better applied to the public institutions.
