Investigation On Teaching Problems Of Yanshi Campus Football Pilot School And Study On Optimizing Strategies

The construction of football characteristic schools on campus in our country has been deepening from top to bottom.The continuous promotion and popularization from provincial capital cities to prefectural cities and then to County cities means that the development of football has reached the mid-term stage.Since ancient times,there has been the saying that "county governs and the world is safe".County plays an important role in deepening the reform of football and is an important cornerstone for the revitalization and promotion of football.Yanshi is a county-level city under the jurisdiction of Luoyang City,Henan Province.The construction of the Pilot School of campus football is an important measure in the "Luoyang Campus Football Action Plan".Over the past few years,the government and schools have attached great importance to football on campus,but there are still many problems restricting the rapid development of Yanshi school football pilot schools.Therefore,by using the methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview and comparative analysis,this paper takes Yanshi No.2 Experimental Primary School,Yanshi Yiluo Middle School and Yanshi High School as the objects of investigation.Through a comprehensive survey of the teaching objectives,teaching conditions and teaching atmosphere of the three pilot schools,the author explores the experience and characteristics of the three pilot schools,and uses them as the basis.One of the relatively successful schools is supported by typical cases to explore the shortcomings of the current Yanshi County Football Pilot School development and to analyze the specific causes.Drawing on the experience of Yanshi's campus football development,based on the characteristics of the pilot school and optimization strategy supported by the case,we should make appropriate measures according to local conditions to provide reasonable and scientific optimization strategy for the long-term development of Yanshi's campus football pilot school.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Current status of Yanshi County's campus football pilot schools: There is a wide gap in the construction of Yanshi County's three campus football pilot schools.From the overall level of development in recent years,the construction of Yanshi County's football pilot schools has not reached the "Recommendation" standard issued by the state,and the development is still in the preliminary stage of construction,with problems of diversity and complexity.(2)By investigating the teaching problems of Yanshi Campus Football Pilot Schooland analyzing the experience,characteristics and cases of Yanshi Campus Football Pilot School,the shortcomings of the development of campus football can be summarized into three aspects: teaching objectives,teaching situation and teaching atmosphere,that is,the contradiction between the current status of school positioning and the actual needs;The contradiction between the concept of parents and the development of football.(3)In view of the realistic dilemma of the three major contradictions that restrict Yanshi County's campus football pilot schools,this paper draws lessons from Yanshi County's campus football development experience,combines the characteristics of the pilot schools and the successful optimization strategy of case analysis,suits local conditions and suits the remedy to the case,and puts forward the optimization strategy to promote the reform of campus football.Teaching optimization strategy: strengthen the guidance of ideas;teaching situation optimization strategy: on the one hand,change ideas: build a football club,primary and secondary school integration of teacher training system,on the other hand,cooperation and sharing: take the "campus football" and "social football" road;teaching atmosphere optimization strategy: on the one hand,sports and education integration: the inevitable solution of learning and training contradictions,on the other hand,change Change the concept: the forerunner of the development of campus football.
