A Study On The Application Of Distance Shooting Technique In The 2018 Jr.nba Campus League In The Beijing Senior Middle School Men's Final Eight

Accurate mid-range shooting has the characteristics of strong stability,more mobile phones and various attacking ways.It can force the opponent to expand the defensive area and has the role of "liberating" the interior line."Jump shot,tight shot and fast attack" are the three magic weapons of basketball in our country.Mid-distance shot is commonly known as "half-shot".In fact,the combat value is very high,which is an important scoring method in basketball matches in our country.However,it is gradually ignored in different levels of matches at the present stage,and the effect of the application of shooting technology is low.In order to explore the situation and current situation of middle distance shooting technology used by Chinese teenagers in basketball matches.In this paper,the application of distance shooting technology in the 2018 Jr.NBA Campus League Beijing Senior High School Group Men's Top Eight Competition is taken as the research object.By using the methods of documentation,Delphi and questionnaire,this paper analyses the advantages and disadvantages of middle-distance shooting techniques used by young players in China at present,aiming at providing some reference for improving basketball training and competition.Specific conclusions are as follows:1.Beijing high school group men's basketball mid-range shooting shooting rate is low,the number of shots is small,scoring a low proportion of the total score,the use of tactical cooperation to create fewer opportunities for mid-range shooting,offensive,inefficient.2.The main way of shooting in the middle distance of position attack is individual attack,and the chance of shooting created by cooperation is less.In the fast break,mid-distance shooting is mainly used in the case of playing more with less.At the end of the fast break,the team members have weak sense of cooperation and poor rationality in handling the ball,which is not conducive to creating advantages in position.3.Players in different positions have different characteristics in using mid-range shooting technology.The number of center shots of the forward is the most,the center shooting rate of the center is the highest,and the defender's mid-range shooting ability is on the low side;the form of mid-range shooting is jump shooting and the shooting rate is on the low side,the chance of catching jump shot is less,and the attack is mostly passive.The number of shooting in situ is more,and the players create fewer shooting opportunities and weak scoring ability by running without the ball.4.Different forms of defense affect the use of mid-range shooting techniques.The opponents use half-court man-to-man defense tactics with the highest number of mid-range shooting shots and the highest percentage of mid-range shooting shots when using regionaldefense.In strong interference defense,the number of shots from mid-range is the highest,and in non-interference defense,the percentage of shots from mid-range is the highest.
