Research On The Training System And Improvement Strategy Of Reserve Talents Of Short Track Speed Skating In China

As the most advantageous project in winter sports in China,short track speed skating plays a vital role in whether the Chinese delegation can achieve good results in the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics.To achieve good results,it must have scientific reserve talents.The culture system is the basis.This paper uses the literature data method,internship survey method and mathematical statistics method to classify and analyze all aspects of China's short track speed skating reserve talent training system,and draws the following conclusions:China's short track speed skating reserve talent training system includes:(1)athletes;(2)coaches;(3)training methods;(4)competition arrangements;(5)venue facilities;(6)logistics support,a total of six parts.China's short track speed skating reserve talent training system has achieved many achievements and formed many advantages:(1)The World Championships and the Winter Olympics have excellent results,indicating that China's short track speed skating reserve talent training system can improve China's short track speed skating;Continuously cultivated many world champions and Olympic champions,indicating that China's short track speed skating reserve talent training system has achieved certain results in athlete training;(2)taking Jilin and Heilongjiang provinces as the base camp,There are stable short-track speed skating talent sources,and a large number of excellent athletes and coaches have been trained,which has become an important part of China's short track speed skating competition system;(3)Short-track speed skating talents have comprehensive reserves,high talent utilization rate,training The method is conducive to guaranteeing the competitiveness of China's short track speed skating project;(4)Behind the outstanding achievements is the concern of the party and the state,and provides strong support and guarantee in the competition arrangement,venue facilities and logistics support.Although there have been many achievements in the training of short-track speed skating reserve talents in China,there are still many problems.These problems mainly include:(1)The selection of athletes is limited by geographical restrictions,resulting in a decline in reserves of reserve talents and a decline in competitiveness;The main obstacles to talent training(2)coaches generally rely on experience,can not fully play the role of scientific research on training;the loss of coaches,resulting in the waste of human resources(3)"teachers and apprentices" lead to similar training methods,leading to innovation in training methods Insufficient sex,affecting training effect;training method lacks scientificity,affecting training effect(4)The relationship between the event and the national team selection mechanism is unclear,affecting the national team's competitiveness in the international arena;the promotion of the event is limited,affecting project promotion(5)Insufficient number of venues meeting the standards in the southern region,resulting in insufficient training of short track speed skating in the southern region;(6)weak social security system after retirement,affecting people's enthusiasm for participating in short track speed skating competition.Aiming at the problems of China's short track speed skating reserve talent training system,the related countermeasures are proposed:(1)to improve the athletes' selection system;to promote the "separation of sports and education" to further deepen(2)to improve the coach's scientific research ability and coaching level;(3)to strengthen training Innovation and application of the method;(4)Reforming the competition and selection system;expanding the propaganda of the event(5)improving the influence of the short track speed skating project in the southern region;(6)strengthening social security after decommissioning,enabling more people to participate Short track speed skating competition.
