As the most important form of activity of kindergarten,the status and value of the play is self-evident.In particular,in the context of the popularization and implementation of the 1996 Kindergarten Work Regulations and the 2001 Kindergarten Education Guidance Framework(Trial),"plays are the basic activities of kindergarten","plays have unique value worthy of being cherished" and other ideas about the play have become a consistent understanding among kindergarten workers.Although the play is highly consistent on the value theory level,there are still various problems in practice,which affect the process of the play curriculum reform.Want to solve these problems,improve the quality of the play,promote the play curriculum reform.Firstly,we should pay attention to teachers' play concepts and their practice.1.The three kindergarten teachers claim that the theoretical view of play basically converges in the five dimensions of play essence,play value,play right,teacher's role and play guidance.2.The three kindergarten teachers' play concepts and their practice behaviors have consistency and difference in the five dimensions of the nature of play,the value of play,the right of play,the role of teacher and the guidance of play.They are not simply one-to-one correspondence,but show the characteristics of hierarchy and complexity.3.The relationship between the three teachers' play concepts and their practical behaviors are affected by both internal and external factors.The internal factors include: teachers' professional level,teachers' experience,job burnout,teaching reflection;external factors include: play situation,children's play level,kindergarten management,parents' expectations.4.The author puts forward suggestions from two aspects: internal review and external environment creation.Internal review provides internal guarantee for the transformation of play concept to practice behavior.The creation of external environment is to promote the change of play concept to practice behavior.
