| Autonomous gaming plays an important role in protecting children’s right to play,providing equal play opportunities,and developing children’s autonomy,initiative,independence,creativity and sociality.The educational concept and educational behavior of teachers in independent play activities have an important impact on the smooth development of games and children’s physical and mental development.However,the relationship between teachers’ educational concepts and their educational behaviors in the current autonomous play in kindergartens is complex.This study uses questionnaire method and case method to investigate the current status of teachers’ educational concepts in selfdirected games,sort out the current status of teachers’ educational behaviors in self-directed games,and explore the types of relationships between teachers’ concepts and behaviors.This study found that: 1.The overall level of educational concepts of kindergarten teachers in independent play activities is high;2.There are significant differences in the children’s outlook level of teachers in kindergarten independent games,but there is no significant difference in teachers’ teaching age and major;There were significant differences in teachers’ views on teaching age and education,but there were no significant differences in the types of teachers’ professions.There are significant differences in the concept of safety in academic qualifications,and there are no significant differences in teaching age and major;There were significant differences in the evaluation concept in academic qualifications and majors,but there was no significant difference in teaching experience.3.The value orientation of teachers’ guiding behavior is to promote children’s development,ensure children’s safety,and sort out game experience;The role of the teacher in self-directed play is that of stage supervisor and game recorder;The timing of teachers’ play guidance behavior is when it is difficult for children to communicate and interact with others,when children’s games are simple and repeated,and when the lack of materials makes it difficult for children’s games to continue;The way teachers guide behavior is both individual guidance and group guidance,and verbal guidance and non-verbal guidance coexist;4.The relationship between the educational concept of case teachers and educational behavior is mainly "matching" relationship-oriented and "unsynchronized" relationship-led. |
