Fushan is a social activist with a famous nationality in the late Ming and early Qing dynasty.He is also a knowledgeable scholarship.The simplicity of his poetry,the exquisite of his paintings and calligraphy,and the wisdom of medical skills made a deep impression on the people,but few people knew that he was still a martial artist with potential strength.In addition to being widely spread in Taiyuan,Fushan Boxing has been spread in other cities in Shanxi province,and it is the same as in Beijing,Shandong,Anhui and other provinces.Inheriting and developing the Fushan Boxing Law is also a good publicity for the regional culture of Taiyuan.As a provincial-level intangible cultural heritage,Fushan Boxing is a vivid cultural relic of the Chinese nation.The Fushan Boxing Method not only enables students to experience and appreciate traditional Chinese culture,but also to keep fit,meanwhile,to carry forward national spirit.This paper uses many different research methods,including the literature data method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,field survey method,experimental test method,mathematical analysis method,questionnaire survey and so on to understand the leadership,physical teachers and students how to evaluate Fushan Boxing or its going into the school in Fushan Middle School,Jinzhong University,Shanxi University of Chinese Medicine and Shanxi Medical University.After three months,the subjects were compared longitudinally before and after the exercise such as sit and reach,vital capacity,one-minute skipping,standing leap and etc.There is a horizontal comparison between Fushan Boxing practice group and the control group,and Yang's shadowboxing group,in order to observe whether Fushan Boxing fitness is significant and what are the advantages and disadvantages,compared with the promotion of shadowboxing inthe country.Through the investigation,it can be concluded that the government of the Jiancaoping District belonging to Taiyuan attaches great importance to the Fushan Boxing Law to carryout the work to the campus.As a local traditional boxing,Fushan Boxing is practical and feasible to enter the campus,which fully provides valuable experience for martial arts to enter the campus.The key to learning from Fushan Boxing is that the government's leadership policy to encourage and the support from school leaders,improving the acquaintance on the understanding of material arts and Fushan Boxing.School leaders pay attention to the development of Fushan Boxing in schools.However,the implementation is quite different;although the number of physical hours in the four schools surveyed meets the requirements of the national curriculum standards,the number of assigned classes for martial arts is relatively insufficient;the age of physical teachers is evenly distributed,the structureis relatively complete,and the old teachers can play an important role to give subjective initiative,mobilizing the enthusiasm of young teachers,and can be able to adopt a variety of teaching methods.Because of lack of special physical teacher in martial arts,Fushan boxing training participation is insufficient;students who have no enough interest participate in the Fushan boxing exercise,and they have no exercise time and consciousness through experimental comparison.It can be concluded from the experiment that in the three-month,Fushan boxing method and shadowboxing practice can improve students' balance ability in a short period,but there is no significant improvement in physical fitness indicators such as sit and reach,vital capacity,one-minute skipping,standing long jump and etc;Through the psychological test(SCL-90),we can see that the three-month Fushan Boxing practice can improve the psychological quality to a certain extent,improve the students' depression,and other aspects,and relieve the pressure of students to some degree;Fushan Boxing is developing,and there are certain deficiencies in the process.The teacher's speciality(knowledge and skill level)is relatively insufficient.Although the teaching methods are diverse,the pertinence is not strong,and the enthusiasm for stimulating students' learning is not ideal,which is one of the most important factor to cause Fushan Boxing hindrance.Taiyuan and other junior high schools in Shanxi Province can learn from the successful experience of Fushan Middle School,Jinzhong University,Shanxi University of Chinese Medicine and Shanxi Medical University,adapt to local conditions,and its students' aptitude,and plan to implement martial arts boxing into thecampus,aiming at the development of regional martial arts culture characteristics,improving the influence of martial arts in the province,pushing Fushan boxing rapidly to carry out.Suggestions arising from the investigation: to improve the understanding of the traditional Chinese culture;to improve the understanding of developingregional martial arts culture teaching;to improve the professional level of teachers,and organize Fushan Boxing Teaching correctly and rationally;to improve students' understanding of Fushan Boxing by creating textbooks;to hold a variety of Fushan Boxing competitions to create a strong Fushan culture atmosphere.
