Exploring The Effective Ways Of Healthy Development Of Campus Football In Ordos High School

In order to actively respond to the development of national campus football activities,in recent years,the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,which is the “National Football Reform and Development Pilot Province” and “National First Pilot Reform and Development Pilot Province”,has adopted a series of measures.As a more developed city in Erdos,Inner Mongolia,how to develop campus football activities healthily is a matter of great concern to all relevant departments.Based on this,this paper investigates the current situation of the football activities in the high school campus in Ordos City,and uses the literature data method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,mathematical statistics method and logic analysis method to compare the restrictive factors affecting the campus football development in Ordos high school.in-depth analysis.On this basis,it explores an effective way to promote the healthy development of campus football in Ordos high school.Through research,it is found that there are several problems in the current stage of the Ordos high school campus football in Inner Mongolia:1.Ordos high school campus football investment is insufficient,it is difficult to meet the normal development needs of most school campus football activities,resulting in poor teaching infrastructure and inadequate equipment.2.Most of the leadership of the Ordos Education Committee and the leaders of the Ordos High School have paid less attention to the campus football activities and the participation level is lower.As a result,the campus football curriculum has not been optimized and the teaching system is still not perfect.3.The professional level of football teachers in Ordos high school is uneven.Only a small number of teachers are football majors.At the same time,the number of teachers participating in high-level training is less,and the effect of teacher training is general.4.Most of the schools in Ordos have insufficient publicity on campus football activities,and there are few related activities in the series,which has led some students to be less enthusiastic about participating in campus football activities.In addition,the parents of most high school students in Ordos City have a strong traditional concept,and they do not understand the significance and role of campus football activities.Some parents do not support their children to participate in football activities.5.There are few opportunities for high school students in Ordos to participate in the campus football competition.The campus football competition system is not perfect.The number of football competitions held in the school is small and the form is single.Based on the above questions,this paper explores a series of effective ways to promote campus football in Ordos high school:1.In the context of further increasing the government's capital investment in the Ordos high school campus football activities,actively attract social forces to invest in campus football,thereby improving the infrastructure construction of the Ordos high school football venue and ensuring the good development of campus football teaching activities..2.Raise the importance attached by the leaders of Erdos Education Committee and school leaders to the development of campus football activities,so that they fully realize the positive role of campus football in improving the physical health of middle school students and building a strong sports country.At the same time,optimize the high school physical education curriculum and deal with the relationship between football courses and other teaching content courses.3.Further optimize the construction of the teaching staff of the Ordos high school campus football,create opportunities to arrange on-the-job football teachers to participate in high-level training,and improve the coaching level of football teachers in terms of theory and skills.At the same time,the use of secondment,introduction and other methods to absorb professional football talents engaged in football teaching.Finally,the evaluation system for football teachers is implemented from the management to further promote the coaching ability of football teachers.4.Strengthen the propaganda of campus football,further change the traditional concept of parents,and at the same time cultivate students' interest in participating in campus football activities,and guide students to participate actively.Finally,the school should attract social investment and improve the security system for students to participate in campus football activities.5.Improve the campus football league with the characteristics of the Ordos region,carry out the divisional league,reduce the regional gap,and comprehensively improve the healthy development of the campus football in Ordos high school.
